Avoid Dulles Glass at all costs. I learned my lesson the hard way and was robbed of $6,000 and never even received a mirror. Despite my repeated requests, Dulles Glass refuses to refund my request. They charged me $6,000 for mirrors, which come to find out, they don't even make. I specifically ordered custom frameless mirrors, but only after charging me did they disclose that the mirrors can't hang frameless (which was the only reason i needed them custom). I asked to cancel my order before the order even shipped, and Dulles Glass refused to cancel or refund me. The manager tried to manipulate me into accepting a different mirror and or giving me an ultimatum of $500 refund for a $6000 order while proceeding to lie and claim that I signed a "contract" which I never signed or agreed to. I don't know how a business can get away with this level of deception and greed. I've never experienced this level of complete disregard, truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

The glass tabletop I received was not the size I ordered and does not fit my table, it sticks out over the sides and looks odd. I have emailed the company per their return&exchange policy without receiving any reply. Tonight when I emailed again my message bounced back.
Update- the company said in an email they called me multiple times, I do not have any missed calls. They said the glass was cut to industry standards and a 10% discount is offered but no refund. Unfortunately the glass is so o resized it looks silly and is unusable, see pictures.

I put this ridiculous item by the side of the road today so at least someone can use it- the boxed up glass was gone in an hour, oh well at least someone can enjoy it.

Natalia and her team were quick to respond and resolve any issues and answer any questions along the way. Estimation process and installation were quick and clear. Extremely happy with the work and would recommend Dulles Glass to anybody.

Summary: 4 stars for product, 1 star for customer service. Rounded down due to the comment I got at the end from management.
I ordered a glass shower door, shower niche shelves, and two large custom mirrors with metal frames. Initial hiccups included longer to schedule (9 days) and the guy who came to measure saying the mirrors had to sit on the backsplash, not float, resulting in a 2nd trip to the showroom. During installation, a shower tile broke from them screwing shelves in. They found out that the larger of the two mirrors was the wrong size. The smaller mirror that was installed VERY poorly; the bronze metal framing was damaged, corners were not square but filled with globs of silicone. Multiple dents/handprints on the walls. Shower door was hung crooked, and the seal was cracked in two places. They put a hole in the wall on my stairway bringing material up the stairs (a very wide-open area and didn’t tell us it happened). Overall just careless, disrespectful to my property, and inexperienced.
I reached out to my salesman Chandler and within a few minutes I had a call from Esmerelda (installation). She told me that they would come out and fix the mirror, bring the correct 2nd mirror, patch the walls, and put up the shower shelves after my contractor fixed the tile. I was also told on this phone call that my compensation for the project would be figured out once the project was complete. I then had to wait another week for them to come back. The second team did a WONDERFUL job with installing the bigger mirror and fixing the shower. However, they were apparently told to NOT fix the poorly made mirror, just to patch the gaps in the frame with black silicone to “see if I liked it” (the mirror was bronze, and this doesn’t change the crooked construction). They had to leave without the job being finished AGAIN. This was extremely frustrating since I was specifically told that they would replace the metal frame; instead they tried to get away with a fast/cheap shortcut.
I had to reach out again to schedule a third visit. I didn’t get an answer until I went back through Chandler, and then got a call back in 5 minutes. She offered another visit 4 days later, but I decided to wait for the same team to be available (7 days). That third visit was seamless and the mirror was fixed beautifully.
Once the project was done, Dulles Glass went ahead and charged my card for the remaining amount on the estimate, despite me being told that there would be compensation, in addition to the money I paid my contractor to fix the damage they did, and the less cost of the correct mirror (they charge by size). Apparently what you sign approves this (don’t have a copy of it). I finally got Esmerelda back the phone and was offered $100 back, which didn’t even cover what I paid my contractor. I then spoke to an “operations manager”. He expressed sympathies that the work was not done to Dulles Glass standards. However, when I brought up that I was told there would be compensation, he told me that it was a large job (oh, I know), that I “already got a good price” and they were “losing money on the job because they had to send people out 3 times.” THEY HAD TO COME OUT 3 TIMES BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. That comment was ridiculous and insulting. He said he would think about it and call me back the next day. He did not. I had to reach out to Chandler again, who was able to approve a credit of approximately 5% on the job. By the time the credit went through, it was 5 and a half weeks after all this started.
Overall the product is nice, my shower doors are crooked but the glass is beautiful and I love my mirrors. But what a headache. I will definitely not be using this company again and cannot recommend it. Thank you to Chandler for all his help and responsiveness, and the installers Frankie and his teammate for their skills, professionalism and kindness during their two trips here. Easy to order custom glass. Good definitions online about every question they ask to customize. Quick order-to-delivery...quicker than what their website said. Packaged VERY well. Thought the price was very reasonable too. Ordered 2 custom orders from Dulles Glass so far. They will continue to be my primary go-to.

Excellent place ro get glass and mirrors. Working on a home gym and needed custom mirrors. Placed order online and picked up at Manassas location. Customer service was pleasant and informative. Offered to help load the mirrors. Packaging of mirrors is very secure. Mirrors were the cut to my exact specifications!! First place I'll check for any glass and mirror projects! Thanks

We are so happy with our new custom-made shower enclosure! While we had a few hiccups, Robert H made everything go as smoothly as possible. From my first web inquiry (to which he responded within minutes!) to the questions we had when a discrepancy arose about the agreed upon pricing (and some challenges with the laser measuring), Robert H was responsive, available, and focused on problem-solving. We were happy, too, with the really amazing installation team—they arrived on time (Early, actually), updated me as the installation progressed, and did a fantastic job. The final product is really beautiful. I would definitely use them again!

What an outstanding experience I had with Dulles Glass with the recent purchase of my glass shower door. The shower door is beautiful. From the initial contact to get a quote, receiving the quote, arranging for the measurement and installation was a wonderful experience. Mr. Robert Hidalgo made it even better by answering my questions the same day. I definitely recommend Dulles Glass for their great customer service and products.
