Al and his team are absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a new home that had been rented out for a few years (aka was not taken care of). We discovered mold along the wall of my basement from outside water getting in. Al was responsive, honest, and thorough…a true expert! He not only checked the basement, he also took a look at other areas in my house for issues, because it was new. He was referred to by my realtor, who is quite picky with who he uses, and I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company!

I had a GREAT experience with this company and especially Al! I had called a plumber for a leak and it turned out to be a much more complicated job than I had expected— water had leaked into a crawl space, there was mold, and the insulation was a mess. The plumber recommended this company and Al came that same night the plumber did — literally an hour later. He reassured me when I was stressed, and made a plan to come in the next day. He was incredibly thorough in his work, removing all the water and insulation, and leaving out a fan to dry it out. Following the plumber repair, Al came just a few days later to finish the job. His communication was amazing and more importantly he knows his stuff and was reassuring.

This is the second time we have hired this company and they are absolutely excellent! Al and his team took time and effort to take care of the problem (water damage resulting from a roof leak). The damage was repeated and extensive , and he put genuine care in mitigating and repairing damage. Their dedication to the work they do is impressive, and I recommend them to anyone who is in need.

We were extremely satisfied with Drying Tech of PWC, Inc. They responded to our request for service very quickly and did a fantastic job in our office to remove standing water and dry out our space due to a water leak. Very professional company! Easy to work with and came out right away to inspect and quickly fix our mold issue in the ceiling. Every step was clearly explained and they even came back the next day to ensure the area was fully dry going forward.

I very carelessly let our upstairs laundry room sink overflow in our 6 month old home, and it soaked through all the way to our basement. We were absolutely panicked when we called Al and his team (at 10pm!), and the were beyond fantastic from start to finish. They came out within an hour of us calling, and Al let us know in detail what he thought we should do. We decided against working with insurance to avoid a premium increase, and Al was very understanding of our decision. He worked with us on a solution that avoided having to rip out flooring and tons of drywall, and it worked beautifully. Al was in constant communication with us throughout the 3-day process, which helped put us at ease. He and the team were always prompt (they came to our house 3 times over the 3 days) and very professional. We were so surprised when they took their equipment away, because they mopped the floors! We fully expected to have to put everything back ourselves and clean, so that was very much appreciated. My husband and I would hands-down recommend this company to anyone who is in need of water remediation services.

Excellent job by Alvaro and his team of david and raul! Left my crawlspace looking flawless after having a huge mold issue down there that was stalling my reno project. Their price was exceptionally fair, the best quote I had! Due to water damage in my home, as always I obtained estimates. Al came to my home, he assessed the situation & gave me a fair price. He did an amazing job. He also was kind, personable, & helpful.
