This location is fairly new and it looks a hot mess. Boxes in the aisle. People stealing in front of customers. Maybe hire people who want to actually work to get the merchandise on the shelves and not in boxes. Stop hanging around and talking to each other about things that have nothing to do with work. Cashier's really don't want to be there, or they don't have any idea of what customer service is about. Someone please go into that location and get it grand opening ready...again.

Employees are very rude for no reason. If you’re gonna work and have a bad attitude everyday then retail is not the place for you. I asked to purchase ballon’s keep in mind ballon’(s) and as i was about to ask for the last ballon the employee had started to walk away and i told her I needed one more and she basically yelled and said why didn’t i let her know sooner. I was literally at the ballon station for a reason because i did not want the employee to get annoyed for going back and forth. But all i see everytime i come here is rude plain employees. Stop being rude to your customers, just because you may be having a bad day doesn’t mean it is okay to lash out on customers for no reason. Do your job thats why you work. Stop hiring rude customers at this specific store. I will no longer be shopping here after this experience.

I recently visited this Dollar Tree location and was impressed with the clean environment and great service. The store was well-organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices for items have gone up a bit, but overall I think the quality of the store and products is still excellent.However, I do hope that the company has taken into consideration the well-being of their employees and has raised their wages to match the increase in item prices. It is important for companies to not only focus on their profits but also the welfare of their workers. I hope that Dollar Tree is able to find a balance between the two.In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, well-stocked store with friendly service, Dollar Tree is a great option. Just be aware that prices have gone up a bit, and I hope that the company has taken steps to ensure their employees are being fairly compensated.
