It was the first time I went into this store in a long long time. To my surprise when I walked in it's nearly empty! I guess the store is closing. There are no signs on the door saying other was but by the looks of it is done!

On Tuesday 1/23/2024, I arrived to this store to purchase items. It is nearly 20 degrees in Manassas today and what do you know??? The dollar tree is not open. Not sure who is managing this store and its productivity but they need to be replaced. At 10 after, they are still not open. Shaking my head.The dollar Tree on Sudley road is far better. The sudley manor location even missed their coke delivery today. Amazing. Terrible customer service.

The store was dirty, messy, with long checkout lines, expired items, and cluttered walkways. Manager Pedro ignored concerns, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Other Dollar Tree stores provided better experiences. I've attached some pictures, but there were many more issues I could have captured if I had more time. Lucky for the store manager, I was in a rush and couldn't document everything. I do not recommend this location. Avoid until issues are resolved.

If I can review this to 0 star I would but this store has rude employees my sister just wanted one of the employees for help with getting balloons I didn’t get the name of the employee but yelled back to my sister declaring that she didn’t have to yell to him when clearly he was the one yelling I know this employee have been working at this store for a long time this man is always rude to the customer if your having a bad day sir why not just quit. My family had to go to another dollar store worse customer service.

ATTENTION BEWARE now DOLLAR TREE is not $1.25 anymore they have things for different prices up to $5.00,it is ridiculous because its products has not TAGs, so you reach their register to find out what price is what ,full disclosure is what the retailers owns to their consumers otherwise is just another switch and bait practice on top of that some of their stuff is more expensive than Walmart,, RIP Dollar Tree and their NOT so ethical practices
