Poor customer service.... Watched a customer ask an employee where an item was. Employee just said aisle 5. Customer state she could not find the item there. She had asked the employee 3 times for assistance. While the employee was packaging up some plates for a customer, she could had taken a minute to show her where the item was... She could had asked another employee to help the customer. Also the employee was wearing an ear bud, which I know is against company policy, besides just rude.

I order 3 cases of cat food every other month or so. I always have to lug out to car because carts can’t go out of store. Never has an employee offered to help. Until today ❤️ Rosa kindly offered to help carry out and walked w/ me to car. Thank you. Keep up the kindness.

Only one cashier and a long line of people( about 10 people waiting in line. Never been to a Dollar Tree that didnt have two employees. She was literally the only employee in the store. And there are no self checkouts in this store like the Dollar tree in Burke..

My experience in this store was horrible! I got a number of things and realized I picked over-picked things at the payment point. There was absolutely nothing the staff who attended to me didn’t say. She raised her voice & made a public show in the store. I was so embarrassed! She used all sort of negative words on me. Words can’t describe how embarrassing this experience was

Dollar tree is turning into $1.25+ tree. Balloons are now $1.50. I hope they pay their employees well since they are price gauging so much!

Not more to say other than it’s a great dollar store where everything is truly $1. This store has a lot of great options and a variety of merchandise. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The store itself is very clean and organized. I can tell the workers take care of the store. It’s conveniently located in Manassas surrounded by many other stores.

Worst experience ever. I take my service dog in all places. Every dollar tree every Walmart everywhere. I made a mistake going here to buy a new tooth brush and tooth paste today.horrible rude people here. Even if you don't like dogs you could just ask me to leave. The old lady with dray hair and wrinkly skin. She walks up to me fingur directly in my face demanding to see paper? Which that's not how having a service dog works anyway.
