Worst company by far! I submitted a warranty claim through Lowe’s, the technician came by fully unprepared and didn’t even know where to begin assessing the issue with my refrigerator. He made a couple of calls (all in Arabic), then gave a complete inaccurate explanation of what the issue was. Their service desk is also useless, you might as well do the job for them. They have no organizational skills and never provide clear responses. I’m more disappointed that Lowe’s uses this company to handle warranty claims.

I share the same sentiments as the other review. I had a warranty claim on an appliance. The DMV Appliance "technician" walked in. Did not even look at the unit. Left and called the insurance company. He came back in and said the unit was not covered. I asked what he told them to have the claim denied. He would not tell me. I asked what his assessment was of the machine and what was wrong. He would not tell me that either. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs. There are many other appliance repair places to go to and not have to deal with this horrible service and attitude.

My landlord/condo owner called them to come clean the dryer vent, giving them all the details with the full address and telling them there is an elevator. They called me on 8 August and told me (did not ask me) that they would be there on 9 August. I said I can’t do that, so they scheduled for 13 August and would let me know when on 12 August what time. On 12 August, they texted, and thought it was appropriate to address me as “dear”, and told me the company owners father had passed away just a few minutes earlier and the whole company would be going to the funeral, so they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled for 14 August, with a window of 2-6 pm. At 6 pm, I called to complain they were not here yet, but had to leave a message. They called back a few minutes later and said they were fixing my refrigerator already. I said no, they were supposed to come for my dryer. They repeated that they were fixing my refrigerator as we spoke. And I repeated that I didn’t have a problem with my refrigerator, it was my dryer. They then realized I was a different customer and said the technician will be here by 730. I said I had waited all afternoon in the window from 2-6 and now they are telling me it won’t be until 730, and they also couldn’t be bothered to even call me first to let me know they were running late. I asked exactly when they would be here. The person then said I was being rude. He said the technician would call me and tell me when he would get here. The technician then called and said he would be here after an hour. The office then called back and asked if they should still send him, because I guess dryer vents can magically clean themselves. I said yes, he should still come. At 7, the technician called and said he was behind my building, but not parked, but the company told him I was on the first floor and he needed to call the company to see if it was ok to come to the 7th floor (the apartment number was clear in the address provided, it starts with a 7). He also kept saying he needed to know if the door was on E Street. I didn’t understand that because I don’t live on or near E Street. The technician finally came to the door and wanted to reschedule, because the office thought this was a single family home, and in order to clean the dryer vent on the 7th floor, they need two people. My landlord sent me a screenshot of the text conversation clearly stating the address, that there is an elevator, and a picture of the stacked washer and dryer. I told the guys to leave, and told my landlord he needs to find another company because I won’t be dealing with this one again.

Such a good company they have great technicians full of experience and they are so kind. They solved my issue with my applince.

I would not recommend this company at all. We’ve been having issues with our washer and DMV hvac was listed as a contractor under our warranty with Lowe’s. The first time they came out to fix the E2/F6 errors, the control board was calibrated. It did not fix the issue so we schedule another repair and this time they ordered the control board part to replace it. I sent them a message letting them know that there was another error message occurring (f5) and that the door was having trouble locking. When the two techs arrived, one which I believe was the owner, after evaluating the washer he refused to fix it, saying that even if he replaced the control board (which he had the part new in box with him), he would lose money if he had to come back again and fix the locking mechanism. He literally left with the part in hand and refused to fix it. He said I should contact the other company listed on the Lowe’s warranty list. Truly unbelievable that a company can do this. We waited for the part to come in and everything. I will be contacting Lowe’s tomorrow to explain the terrible service, and thankfully I have a video of the entire conversation.

The driver name is Mohamed, shows up to my house and decides to park in my driveway when I ask him my permission after I ask him to move the vehicle he didn’t proceed to walk into my house and ask to use the bathroom then he ended up doing number two in my bathroom did I professionally asked him if he could work on my other appliances he said yes I agreed to give them $200 then he starts harassing me where the money is. I have advised him that we made a deal and I am going to pay him after the job was done after job was done. I paid him. He walked away. The job wasn’t done completely. My machine is not working
That is the worst customer service job ever done by this person. I highly recommend not to hire this person at all unprofessional very disrespectful all the above.
