The worst place I went to. Granted it’s clean and the ambience is good. However, the staff is the absolute worst. They were loud and rude and were constantly laughing. Of course, they were speaking Vietnamese, so don’t know if it was us or some other hapless customer they were laughing at! First for my teenage daughter, they ripped out her acrylic nails without soaking them. The technician hurt her and she was too afraid to speak up. During my pedicure, the nail technician dug into my cuticles and drew blood. She was really rough and it hurt to walk out and I don’t think I can wear close toed shoes for a few days. They also did not do a good job with the pedicure overall. She probably scrubbed my feet for 10 seconds. Too pricey for the service that was provided. Never ever going back to this salon.

I went to get my nails removed and they were SNS dip/tip. They ripped them off with cuticle cutters and I’ve never felt so much pain in my life. I then got a manicure and they didnt buff enough so they’re lumpy and then other spots are almost raw.
And on top of all that I paid $40 to be in the most pain I’ve ever been in lol

Made an appointment for a friend and I to get a pedicure, walked told them we had an appointment, 15 minutes go by, we then had to leave because we wouldn’t be done in time. Made the mistake of giving them another try, called the very next day to make an appointment and specifically asked if we would be taken at our time she said yes she said she would have 4 techs available. Get there and after 20 minutes still waiting and I don’t see 4 available techs. When I ask they said the lady that answers the phone isn’t in the salon! Talked to the owner and he admitted it was their fault but seemed pretty unphased by it, or recording how unprofessional it is for it to happen 2 days in a row. So even if you make an appointment they clearly don’t care and will take a walk in over a returning customer.

I used to come here a lot. My last 2 visits were not great. They basically ripped off the acrylics with the plastic nail tips vs not soaking my nails.and filing the older nail off. Then, they made it a point to make fun of the previous set of acrylics I was having removed, including getting another employee and a customer involved. This was very embarrassing. I do not appreciate being taunted when I go in for a service, it's unprofessional. I also do not appreciate getting my nails ripped off when I can just do that for free at home. The visit before this one also resulted in my mails being ripped off.
The only reason I gave 2 stars was because Mary does nice work.
Either way make sure to request gettingbuour nails soaked off and always ask for a receipt. I had a random charge of 15 on there. Wasn't sure where it came from. I didn't even notice it until I got home. I thought the price was too high but figured it was bc my older acrylic set was so thick. However, The charge did not reflect that. Get a price before you stay.

Worst nail salon. I have been there twice and the 2nd time I went the nail tech got an attitude with me because I ask for another color and she was rough with me! And throwing things. They are very messy and unprofessional. I will go back to gossip nails in Gainesville and not go back to this salon. Horrible!

Go to Tom.Everyone whom was unsatisfied before with a gel mani or a regular or gel pedi, just go to Tom.Make an appointment beforehand or call ahead the day of to make sure he's available. But again, go to Tom.I went again for the first time in two months (it's winter, give me a break), and Tom fixed me right up. And I TIP HIM WELL! Literally a dollar a digit that was worked on (for regular/gel applications-enhancements would be more).So, moral of the story - Go to Tom.*Disclaimer, there are a few other really good techs there, but I am better with faces than names*

Saw susan to get a mani pedi , currently have an infection in my right big toe that i have to get treated. The whole time getting the pedicure , she was talking and laughing and once in a while the other nail techs would look at my toes…. most likely talking about me. Not a fan of service or price , will not be returning. disappointed.

The worst service I ever received. The lady that was doing my nails had no knowledge about what she was doing also she didn’t know any design and said am i cannot make any design. In the end she charged me 180 dollars for normal pedicure and full set. It was just a simple nail paint and on the bill she charged me extra about length and polish. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money in divine salon please

Went in for gel polish removal & reg mani. Lyli rushed me to pay as I was drying my nails. I asked her for a few more minutes to dry. She said she can just take my card and bring it back. I asked her to take the card out of my wallet and as she did, she is the one who messed up a nail. She just wanted to paint over it. I asked her to completely take off the polish to fix it. She disregarded what I said, removed half and painted over it again. I already knew this was going to be a bad idea. I then stayed longer to dry, I stayed within that plaza for 10 minutes and the paint on my nails started to crease on each nail. The polish was so thick. Went back to ask them to just remove the polish, so frustrated at this point. I will NOT return.Services: Polish removal
