Pharmacy was listed as VA Community Care in network. Go to pick up Rx, then was told that it wasn't covered because only vaccines are covered. Pharmacy refused to call the VA hotline that is available to them for VA orders and told me to call some other number which was absolutely no help. Couldn't reach a representative without being a member of some insurance group. Left after paying out of pocket. After speaking with the VA folks myself, they said CVS was wrong not to call them to resolve it. They only get a star because despite a long line, they were able to process the Rx very fast.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The staff has always been courteous but courtesy will not get me my medicine on time. Several times, my prescriptions have been delayed because they claim it needs prior authorization from my insurance. An authorization I know is already on file. This causes me to have to stop by in person (because getting someone on the phone takes a miracle) and tell them it's already authorized. Then they "re-run" the prescription in their system and magically, the authorization is there! Then, they tell me I have to wait a day or two for them to order my medicine so I can get my refill. I have missed doses because of this. I never had this issue with the CVS in my old neighborhood. This particular location is not managed well. I'm officially changing pharmacies and I do not recommend this location.

I came in trying to get a passport photo, staff was helpful and I was out with my photos in ~10 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is rude, rarely helpful, they don't listen to your needs, and are argumentative when you ask questions.

If you call pharmacy close to closing time it won’t say that they are closed, but they won’t pick up and the phone system will just leave you on hold forever.

The Cvs is awesome. My local CVS didnt have my pain medication in stock. And were too busy to call so I had to call my self. Ispoke to "Destiny" who was extremely helpful and had my prescription processed and filled with in 30 minutes...!! Thank you so much

Very late to fill the prescription, I got my Albuterol spray (medicine) after three days involved in cough and short breaths.Crazy store, always there’s some weakness in this store. Error in connection and error in printing medicine invoice and RX hours announced 9 am till 8 pm but when I arrived at 1:40 the pharmacy was closed. Not responsive CVS Pharmacy store. I have to change my pharmacy as soon as possible.
