I try to avoid this location as much as possible. However, this location is 24 hours and sometimes I can’t wait till another CVS opens so I go to this location. Every time I’ve had to go to this location it’s been a horrible experience.
Today was the worst experience. I overheard an employee that was stocking shelves and had just come back from helping another customer say that the customer she helped was stupid because she didn’t know how to use the self check out. Later this same employee was rude to me when I needed assistance due to the self check out ringing up items with incorrect prices. She came to look at the screen (scrolled up and down), went to check on the items then said only the items that have a tag in the front are on sale. She never asked which items I selected so after telling her two of the three I grabbed had tags on them she then asked to see the items I had questions about. Because a line was forming (no registers were open and only one self check out was open) she said she was suspending my transaction to check on the items. She resumed my transaction at the register, then turned screen around which immediately showed the correct pricing. I thanked her for showing me and asked why self check out didn’t show that to which she said it did, it was at the bottom. She came to look at the screen when I was at self check out and scrolled up and down so if it was correct there why didn’t she just say that and show me where? This whole interaction she barely spoke, made it seem I was inconveniencing her by asking for help and rude when she did speak.
I know working retail is hard with everything employees have to deal with which is why I make sure I am extra kind to employees. I apologize for the inconvenience when I need assistance taking them away from a task they were doing, say please and thank you, and tell them I hope they have a day. However being rude immediately when someone politely asks for help is crazy to me.

I was prescribed 6 medications by my family doctor back on May 31, 2024. I ran out of 4 of these on July 5. Two of these are very critical for my health for treating high blood pressure and diabetes. CVS failed to refill these in a timely manner. Because of this, I got very sick and vomiting due to CVS apparently ignoring the authorized refill. This is very unacceptable to me. I am very unhappy with CVS service. I cannot recommend CVS to anyone and will not be returning as a customer. I will be finding a more customer-friendly Pharmacy, one that recognizes you when you walk in their front door. - Brad V. from Virginia

Sent my 18 year old son to pick up my prescription today since i am currently a bus rider and I don’t get off from work till 330. My son rode his bike from bull run plaza area. He had forgotten my birthday and his phone in the house and they wouldn’t let him use the phone to call and ask me. He was told to have his mom or someone older to come pick them up my son is 18 mind you !! I have sciatic nerve pain and barely get to from and through work due to the walking involved. My son was trying to help me so I could just come straight home and not be on my feet longer than needed. I’m so pissed they wouldn’t dial the damn phone number for him. I encourage everyone to find a different CVS one that still provides customer service.

Even if you schedule a prescription refill well in advance, they still find a way to mess it up. Problems have ranged from not having medication in stock for weeks at a time to not actually contacting the dr with questions on an urgent medication for days…. A couple of the pharmacists are nice and try to be helpful, but I’ve had to talk to others who talk over me when I’m asking a question and are generally rude. The only reason I asked the er to send my prescriptions there was because they’re 24 hour, but after a hour of them “processing” I called to ask for a timeframe and they said they wouldn’t be filled until at least 8am. I should have just sent them to my preferred pharmacy.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I kept thinking that it would get better, but it didn't. I had two workers comp prescriptions on file that I filled for years- the same two. They still managed to mess them up. And the thing about this pharmacy is when they make a mistake, they make you wait. No effort on their part to try to quickly fix their error. You have to wait an hour! Don't bother complaining to customer service either because upper management will not call you back without you making multiple calls and filing multiple complaints. Makes you see why the store acts the way they do - their higher ups are not much better. I finally took all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. So refreshing to be treated like a human being, whose business is appreciated.
