Good customer service, but stock is always lacking. I can rarely get even half of what I came in for. I try to support keeping a brick and mortar store and keeping people employed there, but constantly telling me to order online isn't helping to do this.

Horrible experience. Had to call multiple numbers just to cancel an online order. This location said I "might" get a refund, and then the man on the phone started laughing. He also said he "hopes he did it right". I don't see how it's funny that you don't know how to do your job correctly and could be costing me money. If I could give their customer service 0 stars, I would.

Customer service is extremely phenomenal, consistently friendly & very helpful from the moment you walk in the front door until you've checked out. There's never a lack of representatives ready & willing to assist should customers have product inquires. I've been into this location numerous times & representatives, even while walking by w/customers never cease to amaze me how I'm always asked if I'm getting on ok or if assistance is required. The ladies at this location are simply lovely, friendly & are product knowledgeable. Hands down, best customer service!! Thanks CosmoPro!!

this place is horrible. the staff is extremely rude and very unorganized. i came in to exchange a shampoo that i bought the same day i came in with my friend. i showed the employee that it was definitely defected and was half way filled… the employee immediately denied it and said that’s how they usually come but that i’d be eligible for an exchange. A shampoo bottle does NOT come half way filled. I showed her the difference between the new bottle and the old bottle and she then agreed that this was defected. Once we go to the register she’s asking for my cosmo card (my friend had been kind enough to give me her card so i can purchase these items.) i didn’t have her card which was what the issue was solely based on. i explained to her multiple times that i wanted the same exact product.. it shouldn’t be an issue because i’m only asking for an exchange. she was extremely rude when i explained to her multiple times that they gave me this product, made me come all the way back for them to be extremely disrespectful and rude. that employee should not work in retail because she had no idea how to communicate in a kind manner. why would you even sell a half empty bottle to your customers?? This not only shows that the staff is extremely disrespectful but how the entire management is very unorganized… again i don’t understand why someone would sell half a bottle of shampoo… they seriously do not care about the problems they’ve caused.

My experience was very bad because an employee of that establishment offended me and has no ethics in serving people, and this is the second time she has treated me in the worst way. Her name is Tatiana Portillo. She is a lady who has psychological problems. She needs to see a doctor. She has emotional problems.
