Amazing service! Our small nonprofit purchased our copier from Ron five years ago. Lately it's been making strange clicking sounds, we called today and Ron was able to come out the same day. He brought all the parts for our particular model that could be causing the sounds. We got a few parts replaced, Ron made great recommendations, explained everything and I'm very happy we called Copy Resources. Their prices are reasonable, service is outstanding and there's no sense they're trying to sell us anything we don't need; they are honest. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants courteous, professional service at a fair price.

Our small nonprofit purchased our copier from Ron five years ago. We've been having minor issues lately and called Copy Resources today. Ron was able to come out this afternoon and brought the parts for our copier that could be causing the problem. He gave great advice and recommendations, replaced worn parts and was explained what he did. He is professional, courteous, efficient and really knows everything about copiers. We were very happy he was able to come out the same day, an unexpected bonus. Their pricing is reasonable and they don't try to sell you products/services you don't need, they are an honest business. Next time we need a copier or service on our current one, we'll call Ron again. They've earned our business and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants outstanding service at a fair price.
