So I went there for inspection. I have a 2020 Toyota Camry. Everything works fine; New tires, new brake pads, no cracks on the windshield… 15 minutes later an Indians guy came to me and said the battery cover is loose. That will fail the state inspection, but I can pass it regardless for $150 (Without having for fix “the loose bolts” on the battery) I just laughed at him and told him to give me my keys before calling the state trooper on his *ss. He’s lucky I was in good mood. But yeah DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They’re scammers.

Don't use machine #3 because the gas hose is a complete pain in the $#%. even if you hold it down with your hands it fails a lot ?

4.49 per gallon of mid grade WOW, in had to report this gas station prices they’re way to high on real gas prices, not honest at all. Disgusting scammers

WORST MECHANIC EVER!! Save yourself and don’t ever go to this mechanic! His name is Denis and his boss is just like him. At first they all sound nice and reassuring but it is all a mask. I have taken my car two times in less than a week because it started having problems after the first time they “fixed it” then after the second time they said they “fixed it” within a week it was having problems again and when I call they said oh no worries the parts are under warranty just bring it back for the THIRD TIME. This people think we have nothing to do but to keep taking the car back in the mechanic and each time I have taking it it takes like 2-3 business days to work on my car!!! Unbelievable!! I finally took my car to another mechanic where they informed me of the mediocre job they had done to my car plus the parts used were low quality. So please save yourself the trouble and never leave your car in their hands they will mess up car and charge you for it!!!

They told me oil change only for $69. But after the charge me $120 for regular oil change. It’s very bad customer service.

Not Trustworthy. I blew my engine a few weeks ago. I immediately came to Mike @ Citgo. I used them for prevous maintenance. He was nice, reassuring, and seemed honest. It was all a facade. Mike promised to have my truck up and running by today 3-29. He told me his guys would work on it last week and he'd be here to check their work. That was great, I'm a local electrician and business owner myself, so time is money. Not to mention I'm paying out of pocket for everything. The engine I had shipped in 2 weeks ago has been sitting in his garage, and not to mention truck rental costs. I didnt get any notice of a change in the timeline. Finally I call Mike to find out that he's still not back from his vacation. All he can say is that there is nothing he can do that there is no way for him to know what his guys are doing and that I can come get my truck and engine. Aren't you the boss? I have had to now get the truck and engine moved to a reputable company. Bad business an extra week of rental no apology. I found someone cheaper with better reviews and they will have it done tomorrow. Good luck to those that choose Mike and waste their money. Thanks Mike Total costs for engine replacement over 10k.

Great place to get your Car serviced
I have 4 cars in my family and I will not visit any other shop. Great people most of all honesty!!
They treat you like family the minute you walk in. Small and simple shop but can beat any Big shop in workmanship and attitude. Great American Business, the Way America is supposed to work
