Just a few weeks ago, I was a new customer wanting to start a relationship with Chase Bank by applying for their credit card. The banker Isamar helped me a lot to understand the rules, regulations, and benefits of their CFF credit card. She was very professional and although it took me some time to get the application approved, she would call occasionally to update me on my status and answer all of my questions perfectly. Even though there is a Chase Bank that is closer to my house than this one, I would rather drive to this location because the place is very clean, and the staff are all kind and knowledgeable.

This is the WORST branch, offering poor customer service to people who want to start business with Chase. I had that bad experience when I opened my account today. The welcome experience for new clients is bad: I do NOT recommend this bank.

These people here are professionals and will assist with all your concerns and questions, in addition to that, Chase is been the best bank to work with and i was before with all major banks and they do not offer as much as Chase does.

Had a smooth experience opening a checking account with Cristhian. We were instantly greeted as soon as we came in and everyone working displayed professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service here from the upper management. This is the closest branch from my house yet I will drive to chantilly just to avoid dealing with employees here. I hope they replace management or shut this branch down.

Worst bank ever. Went to the branch to open up an account. They need two forms of ID and provided with DL and passport. Verified by branch manager and assistant branch manager. Deposited cash. Opened the account on Thursday and didn’t see funds on mobile app. Went on Monday to deposit more cash and find out why it’s not showing on my account. Only to find out New account branch has closed the account due to lack of ID’s. According to banks policy they don’t have to inform the customer. They close anytime and any reason. Ok that’s your policy. Let me have my money I had deposited. Today is three days shy to be month and still waiting for the check which they claimed mailed on 2/6/23. Called the bank and bank informed me that they never issued a check and funds are suspended till I go to the bank with two forms of ID ( by the way I have to take the same two ID’s that I opened the account) to open another account to get that money transferred. That also possible if new account branch approve the account. If they don’t approve I have to file identity theft report and wait till it resolve to get my money. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this bank. People who operate doesn’t know what they do. If I can I would give no stars but it’s not possible. No one knows what is customer service is. They don’t listen and resolve the issue. Instead of that, they try to transfer me or direct me to different departments. I am not here to talk to different departments in your organization. I went in to a branch spoke to branch manager and assistant manager. They represent the whole organization. They need to call what ever the branch and resolve it. Not customer to call you what they call back office. Stay away from this bank. I am thinking about taking legal action against the bank and this particular branch if it’s not resolved tomorrow.

This is by far one of the best banking experiences that I have received, from being immediately greeted upon entry, but also each representative was well versed in being able to provide what services would best suit my needs. I am so thankful too to be matched to Kevin Bucardo who has made business banking a breeze, even checking in multiple time since initial set up to ensure that I didn't have any questions. I wish i remembered everyone's name at the bank, but I truly would recommend this bank to anyone !
