Have been using Carquest for the parts that I need for my customers cars the staff is very knowledgeable courteous and if they don't have the part in stock which rarely happens they will pick it up in a short amount of time highly recommend them

I’ve had the opportunity to use this Carquest on a few occasions and they never disappoint. Prompt customer service, honesty, polite, and knowledgeable. I worked with the manager, Jimmy, and he always tries to figure the best solution for your issue and how he can get you the part if he doesn’t have it at his store. He’ll even make phone calls to verify that it’s at another store. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but it’s not hard to find here at this Car Quest. I’ll definitely be using these guys again. - by the way, I saw another review that complained about the service. If waiting 8 minutes in your life is too much time, then you’ve never experienced the customer service industry. No one can ever be served immediately 100% of the time. That’s a fact of life. Then to leave two bad reviews from two separate emails/accounts is just childish. Go run your own store and see what it’s like before slamming others.

Carquest Auto Parts is the place to get the right stuff. Jimmy Singh, the manager, is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. The parts are quality and he will even refer you to the right mechanic for your job. I highly recommend Carquest Auto Parts. Thank you for a job well done.

I want to commend Jimmy Singh of Carquest in Manassas for his expertise and consumate professionalism.He saved me hundreds of dollars by looking at my problem vehicle and suggesting a fix that cost a fraction of what I might have otherwise spent and was just as effective. His suggestion also saved me installation time as well.I would highly recommend Carquest Manassas to anyone who is into DIY car repair.

I waited for 8 minutes, employees walking around passing me and none of them greeted or acknowledged me.I finally asked if I could get help. That’s when employee who identified himself as David, said “you have to wait, I’m trying to home too”I told him I found his answer to be very rude. He then replied, saying, maybe I shouldn’t have answered you then.I am very sure I would’ve gotten a nicer response if I’d been a different race. To me, he’s prejudice. Please don’t go there.I was hoping one of them will acknowledge the situation and say something reasonable, but, no one did.

Customer service is not dead. The staff is knowledgeable and the manager, Jimmy, really cares. They go above and beyond.Two other places couldn't help me but these guys were able to explain what my van needed and advise me as to the best products to fix it. No wonder they just won manager of the year and store of the year.It's a 40 minute drive for me, but worth the trip to get it done right the first time.
