I visited the Manassas location a week ago and was given an event monitor. I explained to the staff that I live 90 minutes away and work full-time, making it challenging to return the device during business hours. I had already missed two days of work for these tests. The staff member assured me that I could return the monitor after hours but failed to mention that their drop box closes at 7 PM. She also neglected to inform me that if the device isn't returned within five days, they charge $50 per day. I spoke to two different people, and neither mentioned this crucial information.
As someone managing a heart issues and high blood pressure, this lack of communication and consideration has made my experience incredibly frustrating. I will be transferring my medical care elsewhere as soon as possible. If you live in Fredericksburg and work 8-5, Monday through Friday, don’t expect any flexibility or empathy from this place. The Stafford office is so busy that they’ll send you to Manassas, adding to the inconvenience. This entire experience has been a hassle from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid Manassas and Stafford locations, I didn’t deal with the Vienna location.

Great doctors and staff at woodbridge and manassass only gave 4 stars because the software system is a pain. The staff have to work way to hard to get you checked in/out and schedule . To many texts and emails to check in then you go thru the same thing when you physically check in. Last quite trying to up sell us on perceptions and drugs when we check in via text it annoying and rude.

Front desk employees at Woodbridge location is the only thing good about this practice. Dr. Mafi is rude and dismissive. The nurses lie about relaying messages and never return calls. I’ve had the pleasure of having very good doctors so I’m convinced all the people complimenting these awful doctors and nurses don’t know any better. I’ve switched to a new, better doctor that actually cares about their patients. If you care about your health, I’d avoid these people.

I truly believe these medical professionals main goal is to improve my life expectancy while providing personal and professional care. They clearly explain my condition and address all of my concerns. I highly recommend.

Today I was on hold for almost 4 hours for a requisition to be faxed to a Quest Diagnostic lab.! The staff claimed that they had faxed it but it seemed that they hadn’t. The lab technician told me she had received other faxes from other offices within ten minutes. Even for the portal I called three times and they kept telling me that they had to push the order manually and it takes 20 minutes!!! At last one of the staff told me she would send it as a message that would take no time. By the time I could do the test, I had been fasting for 16 hours!

I’ve been seeing several specialists lately and the coordination of referrals, appointments, and communication of labs/imaging results is such a headache at other offices. This is the one office where they are 100% on top of it. As soon as they received the referral from my PCP they called me to schedule - a huge difference from every other referral where I had to call several times a day to try to get an appointment. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and Dr. Shah is great as well.

Almost 5-1/2 years ago my husband had a heart attack and coded twice before the excellent care of Dr. Yazdani and his team were able to put the stent in. His aftercare was excellent. I have always been able to talk to the nurse and doctors in a timely fashion. My husband is doing well now. I feel bad for people who give Carient a bad review because of a loss. I recommend them. Not all doctors are created equal.

I am very disappointed that they do not care about their patients only the MONEY! I have an implant and my battery is do to be up soon. I tried to make an appointment and was told that I could not make an appointment because I had a balance. I said how much the girl said she could not tell she would have someone call me they never did. I am without insurance at the time so I have to pay $200 for a 15 minute visit we seem crazy. I did have insurance so i wondered what i could have owed
I found out it was $125.00 . So that means I could die for all they care because I had a $125.00 balance.
I am definitely am looking for a new Cardiologist. One that actually cares for their patients and not just lining their pockets

It is with much despair that I recommend anyone using or thinking of using this group for the care of of a loved one with heart conditions, to stay away from them. My wife recently passed away from congestive heart failure because she was to have had a heart valve insertion procedure. But the lead doctor insisted they wait. A junior doctor wanted to do it 3 months ago. In a nutshell, they waited so long that when they attempted to do it, it was told to us by a resident after the attempted procedure, that they we're not successful after 18 attempts because her heart had enlarged to two to three times. It's regular size. I don't believe they tried 18 times. It would have destroyed her femoral artery. One of the most sad parts about this is that they show no compassion. After the attempted procedure, not one of her team came to console her or let her know what had and had not happened. Absolutely no compassion or care or concern. Instead, they're so high and mighty that they sent an intern who was not even a part of that team to explain what had and had not been attempted. How sad, that doctor wasn't even in the room when the "attempted" procedure was to have been. So much for the hypocratic oath. I think doctors these days are willing to abide by the hippocritical oath. I guess they were too busy to get to their tee times after the attempted procedure. Seems it was the " oh well, who cares? As long as I get paycheck. And when I asked about that, the messenger doctor explained it this way. "They are busy doing their rounds". Sadly, my wife was in and out of the hospital for nearly 3 and 1/2 months and I saw the one doctor on the team that wanted to do this procedure earlier twice. I never saw any of the other team members and I certainly didn't see the senior "God" doctor. Sounds as though if they were in court the two doctors within that group would have a dilemma on their hands to explain to the court. This is just my interpretation of them, and that will not change unless they prove otherwise to me. I would advise to stay away.

These guys are the biggest scammers of all time. The doctors say whats on google and dont have any knowledge. Then they forget to charge the insurance company in time and will bill you separately. This is extortion. Don’t fall for them.

I had Dr. Chu, he was very nice. Made me and my mom feel relaxed. He told me that my symptoms weren’t what I thought they were, and pointed me in the right direction. He is still doing tests for me to be safe. I was happy with this solution. Thank you Dr. Chu

It was very easy to get an appointment. The staff was very pleasant and caring. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns and did not rush through my visit.
