We are an Elite Training Facility with an emphasis on Athletic Performance and Functional Movement Training. We have a 6000 SQ FT facility located conveniently off of the 234 bypass in Prince William County, VA. We offer youth to adult training. We also do team training for all sports. We currently have a 40x50 ft turfed area to rent and 2 batting cages(supplied with baseballs/L screens and Tees).
