2 times I have returned books or childs tablet and it is not removed from my account. I've had to call library and follow up as I know for certain items were returned because I physically put them in the slot myself and not "fell behind a car seat" as woman over phone mentioned. Frustrating process of returning items. Keep an eye out on your account to make sure you are not charged fees for overdue books. Waiting for circulation manager to remove item from my account. Other than that we love this library and frequent it often. It's just a pain to have an unreliable return system that puts the customer at fault and have to follow up repeatedly.

Love love love ! It’s our walkable library , So I’m always with my kids there, Librarians are friendly and helpful , Library is clean , Kids area is amazing and equipped with a kids appropriate restroom?? .Monthly events and story times are perfect ❤️

I’ve lived in PWC for ages and find this library to be the most welcoming, aesthetically pleasing, and kid-friendly as compared to others nearby. It’s one of the larger libraries and since the renovation, it’s even more inviting. Really adore the friendly, cooperative and reliable librarians, many who have been there for a long time.

I visit quarterly when in Manassas and like the books for sale area, where books have flat prices. Customers deposit their payments into a locked wooden box, something I thought happened only in Japan.

I love this library! The Makerspace has been an excellent resource. The space is bright, clean, and well equipped with many tools and experts to help teach new skills. Thank you for helping me achieve one of my long term goals!

This is our closest library and also very nice. My kids love to play with the toys they have when we come here and we try to make it a habit to come every few weeks and hang out for a while reading and playing. They also have lots of events and a makerspace which we haven't gotten to take advantage of yet but hopefully will check out soon!Really appreciate the nice clean restrooms with a functional changing table for my little kids.

Great library but I wish they were open late during work days. The commute home makes it difficult to make it there by 5 pm.

Excellent library. Glad to see it reopen after the remodeling. The used book sale area is one of the best in the region with a wide selection that even includes magazines. It has something for everyone.

This is a great place to read or study. They have a wonderful children's program. It just got a Makerspace!
