Best car buying experience I ever had!! This dealership exceed on everything, literally Everything. Great service, price, vehicles!!
I loved my experience so much, i have already made recommendations to my friends and family. No hidden fees or sales tactics to get you. Very straightforward and honest. This is really how dealerships should operate!!
Also, this dealership has very cool outdoor/ indoor show room, service and accessories shops. Definitely coming back here for my future purchase as well.

Posted a car online, Infinity G37x coupe for $12,000. Drove 3.5 hours to go take a look at it after they confirmed the price on the phone and through their website. Got there to realize that the car is now $15,000+. They added a $2,000 fee for ceramic coating which wasn't previously mentioned and wasn't optional + taxes and fees.
When I mentioned that this wasn't the price they listed online they carried on to tell me that an extra $1,000 was in dealership fees. I've been purchasing and selling cars for over 30 years and I have never paid $1,000 in dealership fees. They made up random excuses as to why the price was what it was.
Never owned up to their mistake, never apologized for the price mistake, didn't budge a penny on the price, rudest customer service. Drove 3.5 hours for nothing. Never purchasing from this dealership — ever.

The Subaru staff was excellent. I took my car, the WRX, they changed the oil very well, then I went for a car wash and the truth is that Merry was very kind and gentle with my car, the wash was excellent, thank you Subaru.

I did not have a great experience with the dealership. They were not always forthcoming about information and refused to show me the Costco pricing that comes with my membership. I finally found a car I liked and they made an appointment with me to pay and pick it up. I had a delightful experience with the finance guy. (he is the reason this is not a one-star review) When I was finished they then told me the car was not ready. I had already returned my rental based upon this appointment. They guaranteed that they would drop the car off the next day and gave me a time. They pushed the time back several times until it was 8 or 9 pm. When they finally showed up they asked me to drive them back to the dealership. Which was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. Now there is a defect with the paint and I bought it in. They took pictures and said that I would hear back in a week. It has been over a month, the problem is worse and I still have not heard back. I make sure to get my maintenance at a different dealership because I do not trust this business.

Have used Safford Brown Subaru Manassas for years and will continue to buy and service my cars there. The service department is reliable and not too expensive. Work is always completed on time and at or less than the estimate. The service staff is available for questions and guidance when needed.

No hassle…no fuss…no muss! I went in one day…told them the specific color and style of Crosstrek that I wanted, they found it in the surrounding area, and it came in the next day. We did play around with trade -in prices and final new car costs for a bit, but in the end, it worked out to my satisfaction.? Eric did a good job.

Arthur was awesome. I haven’t purchased a car in 12 years and a lot of things have changed. He was very knowledgeable about the car, took time to understand my needs and help me decide what features would really be a benefit to me. Kayla was also great! She is very patient and most important and Importantly she listened to me. We made a decision to buy, she did her best to expedite the process for us and get us in the driver seat on our new car. Amir was also very helpful and took time to explain the financial of things to us to our satisfaction. Before We left, Arthur and Kayla explained a lot of the features just so I could drive away and be safe. I think they were as excited for me as I was.
