Bait and Switch! Buyer beware. I like Kias. But our last two experiences leasing from Safford Brown make me feel that they advertise a deal and then rescind it once they get you in the door. The salesperson and the assistant manager (who did the sham satisfaction survey over the phone where she told me what answers to put) both stated we would get our first 3 months free. Now I have a bill for the first month and the sales manager claims that leases can’t have this promotion. Why did two separate people promise it to me then?
I will say the service department is very good. Everyone is very nice and helpful there. For that reason alone, I didn’t give one star.
I’ll try another dealership next time. Sad to see that a local business can’t keep their word.

Very bad service took my k5 there to get work done & they left bolts out of the top part of the engine they had no loaner cars told me they can put me on a waiting list like REALLY!!!!! Bro wow

I provided details, they did not play any games, and they did not change things at the last moment in the finance department as I have experienced more than once in other places. Ali was great, the sales managers, and Claudio in finance also. I have purchased now 4 cars through Brown’s…for the first time in my life, I think I have my dealership.

The salesman, Samuel Papino, was excellent. He took the time we needed to make the decision on which vehicle to purchase and was very thorough and informative. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. Would highly recommend this dealership for future purchases.

Had appt for recall on seat problems with my 2021 Telluride—they took me in on time and fixed the seats quickly. Estuardo was the agent at the desk-very courteous and gave me updates as I waited.

I purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Ex Hybrid from Stafford Brown Kia Manassas a week ago. This car is amazing looking and has the latest features.
I love it and I appreciate the sales team that helped me buy this car. Especially Ali, Khalid, Marcelo and Bryant. Everyone did their best to help me buy the car. They worked hard to help me find the car I wanted and gave me a great price.
It was amazing and I enjoyed my time here.

Khalid was helpful, friendly and worked with me to get me a great deal on the car I wanted. Finance was not pushy and understood and moved on when I wasn't interested in added plans, I really appreciated that. I got an extra surprise in finance when my payments were 15 dollars lower than I though they were going to be. That was wonderful news!
