My husband brought his car in for a routine oil change with a 3:00pm appointment and asked how long is it going to take, and the service writer answered around an hour. So, at 6:30pm my husband called the service department to ask if his car was ready, and the phone just kept ringing- no one picked up. He NEVER received a call that the car was ready or if it was serviced or not. Therefore, we drove there to see what was going on. When we arrived the sales manager, Sam Maddalena told us that he had the keys but the service department was closed and the service writer clocked out for the day without completing the paper work and continued to say that he would not release the car. This is unexacceptable and poor customer service.

They recommended over2,000 dollars of work to be done then I got it done and my car started having more issues than it did before I took it to the shop. Then they charge you soo much for labor. Employees seem like they don’t want to be there. On one of my visits I never received a call for an update on my car that I had to get towed here but then received a 400 fee.

Justin Reyes was a fantastic salesperson! He made us feel completely comfortable. He wasn’t pushy and he answered all of our questions. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. They went out of their way to put us in the car that worked great for us!

Ask for Victor. Not only did he stay late after they closed to show me the car that I ended up buying, but when I had some minor issues and brought it in for inspection, the manager put me straight through for service and they took care of everything. Rochelle even brought me ice from their breakroom fridge to the customer waiting lounge so I could have iced tea. 'Twas a sultry summer day.

I would like to give 0 stars because they made dents and scratches on my car. The service adviser (Jonathan) took pictures and said to discuss with the service manager and call me back. I sent an email to the service manager (Sam), and I called a couple of times, but no one was in line. I left a voicemail. Till now, I have not gotten a response from the service team.

Leased a new Santa Fe this past week and had the pleasure of working with Arkeem Dennis. He was knowledgeable and accommodating, but NOT pushy as I was trying to determine which car I liked best. Shout out to Eric the manager too! Great experience from start to finish!

The experience at the dealership was great. Working with Billy Puzon was great. He made my Mother feel comfortable and it was quality service. Answered all my questions, thoroughly explained what was in the car. Carrier was patient and helped explain the financing. Overall 5 star service.

Surface was excellent and I appreciated it. However, I really missed the snacks they put out; especially with the cost of what's in the vending machine they now have.

Brown’s is a gold standard Dealership!
We have a 2008 Sante Fe Limited with 60,000 miles on it that we bought from Browns new in 2008. Not only is it the most trouble free car that we ever owned, the few service appts. we had were made with overwhelming pleasure due to the repairs achieving original new car levels.
Their service associates are beyond reproach, singularly Jonathon is an all-star representative of first class service!

Alix was awesome! Got me in and out quickly and took care of me and my family. Kept me updated a long the way and was super helpful in getting body work done. So thankful she was there to help with the issue.

I had two issues with my car that fell under a TSB. Stephen notified me that one of my issues was just outside the warranty but he'd ask Hyundai to make an exception. Thankfully, they did. He kept me in the loop during the entire process, was courteous and professional, and ensured my car was ready as promised.

I recently purchased a new car at this location and had a wonderful experience. David was the sales man helping me, he was kind, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. The all process was stress free, they didn’t make me wait by dragging the deal, no back and forth, honest and straightforward. Angels was the sales manager, assisting me with my final decision. The financial advisor was great as well, and he as well was very strait forward. Very happy with my purchase, and they sure made this a great experience for me. Thank you, I will highly recommend.
