The worst service, I brought an iPhone 14 so they could activate it. I already have 2 lines with this service and they made me switch to a single account and they charged me $90 and I had to go return the iPhone because they didn't activate it and they deactivated my old phone and they didn't give me back even $1 even though I asked for my money back??

1st time ever going in it's one of the best customer services I've had in a very long time the young lady stayed open to help us my friend got a new phone I will be getting a new phone Monday I highly recommend going in and talking to them if you're trying to get a new phone ?

This place is horrible. Boost mobile clearly states in writing that if you buy a phone at one of they're certified dealers there is no activation fee but they charge $25 & both times I bought a phone from them they told me it would come on in a few hours & it never did so I had to spend hours trying to activate it myself after paying them $25 for nothing. Hands down the worst example of boost mobile on the whole east coast.

I have been to many stores but that one at that location is the worst. The person who attends at night doesn't help anything, he just says that he doesn't know, because he doesn't have experience and is arrogant with customers and the way he talks to customers. She is not the best, very poorly educated, we need to have educated people to help us because that is why we pay for our service, not so that they treat us badly.

I came to get some information about my phone and there was a note on the door that they were on break and would be back at 3:50pm. I arrived at 3pm so I had to wait a half hour. Needless to say that they didn’t come back until 4:00pm! This is not acceptable. Though I understand that they are required to break, it is unprofessional to give a time when you’ll be back and then not come back on time. People work and have plans just like the employees.

Terrific experience- Billy went above and beyond to help me get an upgraded phone and was incredibly helpful in showing me how to set it up, he even took the time to transfer my contacts from the old phone. Truly excellent customer service!
