If I could give negative stars I would. The lady who answered the phone spoke NO ENGLISH and said I couldn't talk to anyone else. She had ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE of Boost Up or Smart Pay. This is absolutely pathedic.

they have the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.
i open an account with them there connection is the worst if you use the GPS and at the same time if some one calls you it will lose connection i took the phone back to returned it they didn't return it they said you have to deal with it and they can't speak English boost mobile is just wast of money

I went to this location and i got a boost mobile connection with the Xfinity internet. when i get there it was 8 pm and 8:30 pm they wore closing there shop there representative was in a rush she activate the phone and she told me to charge the phone when you get home. when i got home the phone was not turning on at all and it had couple scratches on the phone i put the phone in charge for 4 hours it wasn't charging.i went the next day first in a morning to change the phone i talk with there employee she called her manager and i talk with her manager she said we can't do anything you have to go to apple store to fix the problem. i paid them $233 dollar now i have to go to apple store to pay them money to fix the phone this location has a used phones not new so please don't even go there & also there manager name is Angelica.
