“I've been wanting a convertible since forever. Once we gave our second car to our daughter in college I figured I had my chance. The idea had to pass the wife test. I would see Mini Coopers around and ask, "hey, whaddya think about that car?". Once she decided it was cute I was all in. I eventually found a Mini at Kingstown. The exchange was effortless. My only problem was getting there by train. Once there I was greeted with courtesy and respect. They made me feel at home as they offered coffee and snacks. They made the paperwork effortless and I was on the road with the top down in no time. Great dealer with a great team.”

“I recently took my FJ Cruiser to Sierra for an estimate on painting the hood due to some chipping in the paint. I went up on a Saturday and Leo was able to give me an estimate in 5 minutes before scheduling me into the very next week to bring my FJ in. In about 4 days, they called me to come pick up the truck and after seeing their work I was very pleased. Jose and Leo gave me a great experience and they do excellent work. “This is the second car we have gotten bodywork done on by Nova auto. The work is super! No complaints with this. When given the choice by insurance for a deer incident with our second car, we chose them again. The work was excellent!! They even buffed the other headlight so they looked more similar (we paid for this service) and it turned out great! An area of growth would be communication. There was communication at the start and we didn't drop the car off until most of the parts were in. There was an estimated time given and it had to be adjusted as that last part didn't come on time. The adjusted time was not excessive so no problem there. We were called when the vehicle was completed. However, we called them to check in as they did not call us to give an update as communicated she would by the lady in the front office. The work is great- 5 stars for this area!!! An area to improve would be with updates when you're hoping to get your car back!”

Harash and Mase are honest, down-to-earth owners not trying to sell you anything but a wonderful car. I purchased a used Volvo, which I just love. I’m a single female so I was very nervous about being taken advantage of by car salesmen. Harash was very thorough and walked me step by step through the process.
