“A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys! “I brought my car here for an estimate after another well-reviewed shop in the DMV quoted me nearly $5K to get my back quarter panel repaired. Lionell gave me a much better price! He is a great friendly guy and made me feel super comfortable leaving my car in his hands. Once I dropped off my vehicle, three days later I was able to go pick it up and the result was FANTASTIC. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - and will certainly come back here if I ever need work done again!”

“This is the second car we have gotten bodywork done on by Nova auto. The work is super! No complaints with this. When given the choice by insurance for a deer incident with our second car, we chose them again. The work was excellent!! They even buffed the other headlight so they looked more similar (we paid for this service) and it turned out great! An area of growth would be communication. There was communication at the start and we didn't drop the car off until most of the parts were in. There was an estimated time given and it had to be adjusted as that last part didn't come on time. The adjusted time was not excessive so no problem there. We were called when the vehicle was completed. However, we called them to check in as they did not call us to give an update as communicated she would by the lady in the front office. The work is great- 5 stars for this area!!! An area to improve would be with updates when you're hoping to get your car back!”

“We have been dealing with Caliber Collision for years and have always been impressed with their prompt professionalism. Last week, we took our 2016 Ford Explorer to Caliber because we found water in the well of the driver’s side door. My husband thought the door was too tight and needed adjusting. He also thought it could be the source of the leak. Loryn, whom we’ve worked with for years, is now the General Manager. She quickly told us the water meant our sun roof was working properly in the torrential rain storms. Then she had our door adjusted, a small ding taken care of and 15 minutes later - we were on our way and very relieved. Any time we’ve been to Caliber it’s been an excellent experience.”
