I find Ben and the whole crew very helpful, knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. Ben is an all-round great person and even better mechanic and has gone above and beyond so many times. I really enjoy bringing my bike in as I'm treated like family, we share stories and laughs and that's rare in these times. “Needed to set up a hitch for a kids bike trailer. My wife asked if they could stay open a few minutes after five since I was coming from work. They agreed, and then explained (in detail) how I needed to attach it. Turns out I had the pieces I needed, just couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Probably could have looked it up on YouTube but he was patient enough to give me the time. Really nice.”
