I recently had an appointment for my 2022 Ford Mustang at Ourisman Ford, in Manassas. My appointment was for an inspection so I made sure I got there by 3:45. I pulled up at exacty that time and wouldn't you know that Zain, my service rep was there waiting. He imediately checked me in and said that I would finished in 30 minutes. Well, I was in the waiting room for twenty minutes and Zain came in to tell me that the car was finished! I paid my $20 and was out the door.
I was extremely happy as I had quite a bit of things to take care of in the early evening. This is the fouth time I’ve been into Ourisman Ford for service and every time it has been a great experience. I can’t say enough about their service department. It is worth the extra driving to get there as I did purchase the car from them. A big shout out to Zian, and Ourisman Ford for the great service and care!

I purchased a brand new 2024 Ford Maverick from this dealership. It was good up until I noticed that they installed my license plate crooked and they forgot to install the cargo hooks inside the bed of the truck. When I called about said things they said they’d call me back but for over a week now I haven’t heard anything.
They also messed up the power of attorney I signed over when I traded in my car. I got sent the title as well as the lean release to my previous car. So now I have yet another headache to deal with.
Also be prepared to be harassed about leaving a 5 star review while “setting up” your new car. They also forgot to take my truck out of “delivery mode” and I didn’t notice until I got home that night.
I’m leaving this as a 1 star (would be 0 if I could)

If I could give more than five stars I would without hesitation.

Took my truck to get serviced, had Jose and his team assist me and they went above and beyond with explaining and telling me what needed to be done. Shuttled me home and back while car was getting serviced. Within the hour car was in and out no inconvenience what so ever. Highly recommend!
