While the store is clean and they do stock the deep cycle flooded batteries but I hate to say that the customer service can be improved.
Duracell offers 12 month warranty on these batteries and I was only going to replace two out of 4 batteries for the scissor lift, I was bluntly told that I'll get no warranty on the new batteries because I'm only replacing 2. The reason I was given sounded a bit iffy to me and disagreeable. Duracell is the one offering warranty in case of any claims down the road, why would the store object on the warranty clause? Literally wasted 45 mins of my valuable time to get the batteries from here. Go to O'Reilly's for these batteries, no questions asked and they'll sell you the batteries happily without any fuss and yes, 12 months warranty is still without any fuss.

Never ship here. They hate disabled people and noticeably disabled people very badly. Terrible experience. 0/10. I hope the business FAILS asap

Went in for a cell phone repair for a cracked screen. Despite it being a busy Monday, the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and got the repair done same day. They explained procedures, policies, and recommendations clearly. Overall excellent experience, and a top quality repair job.
My only recommendation to other customers is, even if your phone insurance provider doesn't say to, go ahead and call the store ahead of time to verify parts availability. Wasn't a problem for me, but always good to just in case.

Great place! Went in to pick up a battery. The owner was friendly, helpful and great to work with. Gave me good advice and explained why a given battery would be good for my application.
Gold standard, would visit again.

Even though this place couldn't fully cut my keys, they went above & beyond to try. A friend did a 4 minute key shaving & now works perfect.The staff were very professional. I typically don't leave reviews but this place definitely is a company that will do its best to help you.

I went to this Batteries Plus store because I was told you can have the battery for your SUV fob replaced and purchase a lifetime battery warranty for this specific purchase. I did. The customer associates were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to this location.

Stay away from this place they install dead batteries. AVOID! Look at their response. We cannot speak to the source, age, safety of the products found elsewhere? The battery was purchased and installed at YOUR STORE! YOU INSTALLED A DEAD BATTERY! Stop lying! Once again more proof to avoid this SHAM of a store! We back these products with expert advice, unmatched service, and local availability. Another LIE! You did NOTHING! Disgusting place and people that run it!

Arrived at store 10 minutes after the schedule 10am Sunday opening time. No one showed up. No signs on door indicating the store would not be open.

Complete imbeciles work here. They put a dead battery and the wrong battery in my key fob and then refused to do anything about it. They charged 20 dollars for the wrong battery as well to which I got 2 on Amazon for 5 dollars. Do not go to this place they are a ripoff and they have zero customer service.

Had a screen replaced on my iphone 7. Had a small issue and the folks at the store worked very hard and solved the problem. Very impressed with their customer service.

Tom was the best ever. this was my second time coming back Because my screen got broke. Yes, I know I’m a clumsy person. My screen completely came off the phone. this Man still found a way to fix it, it might not be completely functional. But it works just enough for me to get in touch with my family for the holidays. Tom Was the best customer service representative of all time. But not only was he the best at fixing my phone. He was just A good human being overall. And we need more good human beings in this day and time. Thank you, Tom You deserve a raise, and so much more!
