Everytime I go into this location I have to wait a long time to get some help, always appears to be understaffed, parts ordred online say in stock, not true.

I waited 45 minutes in line with 2 people working it's the worst place to go if you need something done its like that all the time. something needs to be done .it's a joke if you go there.

The issues I have found with this location pertains to online ordering. I have twice ordered parts online from this location, arrived at the store to pickup the item, and am told they do not have it.
This shows a poor attention to inventory. The system will not sell a part that it doesn’t have, but since this location has poor inventory control, it will attempt to sell non-existent parts.
The first time this happened, I could understand, a second time on a common part on a common vehicle? No, that’s inventory control.
I would highly advise calling ahead prior to online pickup.

Horrible customer service. Was the only customer in line and employee walked away to handle the Brinks money pick up for 10 minutes. Couldn’t check us out first.
