I just bought a 2019 sprinter from Auto trademark in June. Their Service was exceptional and they gave a great price too, also fixed couple of minor issues after the purchase which they didn't have to. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a quality used vehicle.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Auto trademark and my experience with them have been nothing but exceptional. Farhan has been my contact person for all the three purchases and he has always went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth. Not only during the purchase process,Farhan has provided great service afterwards as well. I had a check light come on, I contacted him and he immediately offered to give me a loaner while they fixed the issue and also followed up after I picked up my car to make sure it was running fine. I will definitely recommend them for any car buying needs. They have really good inventory and friendly service that one looks for when buying a car.

Do not buy anything from here unless you want to spend thousands of more dollars in repairs. They used sticky tape & glue on the Appliques on the door. They knew the vehicle engine light was on, from 6 bad fuel injectors they turned the light off, started it up somewhere else & brought me vehicle running. I bought the vehicle home, parked it overnight. the very next day, the engine light is on. I took it to the dealership & they ran diagnostics, he asked me was this vehicle already on when you got it, I said yes. They buy these vehicles at auction for cheap, and will not make any repairs. Then if you tell them, they said you should've brought it back so they could turn the light back off. Buyers Beware!!!
DONOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY DONT HAVE A MECHANIC ON SITE, THEY FIX THINGS UP LONG ENUFF TO GET IT OFF THE LOT. NO WARRANTY!!! THEY DONT LIKE AMERICANS.

I read a post that said If you had a positive experience at a car dealership, it's important to express your gratitude. So, here I am saying thank you to the staff at Auto TradeMark, they were friendly and didn't pressure me or trail me asking questions about my situation, they just let me browse the lot. I did notice there was always someone visibly on the lot available for questions. Big thanks also for having the prices on the car. While searching i would find that most used cars lots did not have prices posted. My Price BTW was fair and the process was extremely efficient .
I waited to write this review until i had put some miles on the vehicle, after about 20 days of my daily routine and one trip down the road to SC, I am pleased. I will cosign and definitely consider purchasing a vehicle again at this family run establishment

Today, I had the easiest car buying experience with Babar, Sales and Finance Manager, at Auto Trademark. I came in to test drive a car I was very interested in. He was easy to communicate with and walked me through the whole process. He answered my questions thoroughly and taught me some things I didn’t know before coming in. I truly recommend anyone to trust Babar with your new car purchase. 10/10

First thing First the gentleman at this place of Business are very Honest they will not try and oversell you a car you cannot afford the keep their word I would advise you to call Zee he will help you get into a nice vehicle. One more thing about keeping their word my truck had an issue and after over 25 days of driving it they took it to their repair shop and fixed all my issues OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
