“I’ve only been to the shop a couple of times, but I have decided not to take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had aftermarket tires and rims done, and also an alignment on my self-lifted RAV4. (Most of the shops I went to before won’t even touch a lifted vehicle).
They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable with the work they were doing and kept me informed about everything, including a couple of issues that they encountered during the process and explained in detail what could be done to fix it. (Regarding the lift kit suspension components I installed).
Not only were the technicians able to provide terrific service with amazing results, but the price could not be beat and they have proven to be more honest, knowledgeable and reliable than any other mechanic in the area that I’ve been to.

“A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys! “Logan and the team over there are incredible! Put aside the fact they have worked on our cars for decades with honest, cost effective solutions they are all just salt of the Earth good people.
I got a flat tire and my tire iron wouldn't fit the bolts for some reason so I called Logan. He personally gave me a breaker bar and a hand full of tools to burrow and trusted me to get the job done and bring them back. Thanks to his generosity, I was able to solve my problem. Thanks to his tool rental to a friend I was up and running! That's the kind of people you deal with at Logan's Import Emporium! Good, Honest, Helpful People!!!!

“We have been dealing with Caliber Collision for years and have always been impressed with their prompt professionalism. Last week, we took our 2016 Ford Explorer to Caliber because we found water in the well of the driver’s side door. My husband thought the door was too tight and needed adjusting. He also thought it could be the source of the leak. Loryn, whom we’ve worked with for years, is now the General Manager. She quickly told us the water meant our sun roof was working properly in the torrential rain storms. Then she had our door adjusted, a small ding taken care of and 15 minutes later - we were on our way and very relieved. Any time we’ve been to Caliber it’s been an excellent experience.”

Upon walking in the door I was greeted politely and the employee Abdul offered me water and from his own pocket bought snacks for myself and child while I waited for a tire change. He took the time to show me the different tires and prices, new and used, and explained to me the reasons why certain types of tires work better with certain cars depending on the make and model and year.
