Does anyone know where these scammers run to? I have been looking for them since we went to court and they lied that my car has been fixed and the one-way thinking judge gave them the case even though I told him I was defrauded of $8,000 cash. They didn't show any document, evidence to prove the car has been fixed rather forged two emails claiming they tried to reach me so they will fix my car but couldn't find me whereas the only email they sent was to ask for the payment balance even though they agreed on tape that the balance should be paid after the car has been fixed.I visited their shop multiple times and no day did they say drop the car off to be fixed. NICK kept telling me he will have to first make appointment, something he never did rather focused on the balance. He and Mr. ABBAS Naderi, the co-owner also told me to get an estimate and I did. After receiving Ms. Famil said the bill was ridiculous therefore, "we will fix it," she declared, and also said NICK said I should call him.I did and he'd couldn't be reached for about two days. When We finally spoke he pretended as though Ms. Famil hadn't spoken to him about the estimate. He then said he will talk to Ms. Famil and get back to me. He never did as usual. The next thing was to send someone to tow the car. They now have my $8, 000.00 cash and the car. This is corruption, fraud and mustn't be allowed in any organized society. This people including Ms. Angela Famil are serial lairs. She claimed in court that they took a messed up car yet what they received was very well cleaned, leather seats polished and new foot-mat placed in an empty spot they gave me. They gave me the car without a foot-mat so I went to auto Zone to get a new one. It dawn on me that they're scammers, wicked fellows when I asked for the foot-mat before driving off their lot and NICK's voice changed from meekness to tough because they got my $8,000.00.Unfortunately, the judge gave them their counterclaim but didn't even have any comment or his own name on the judgement, which meant I should pay Auto Palace $1,800 balance and get the allegedly fixed car. Since this judgement they ran away from their location on Antique Way in Manassas, VA. Their business name no longer exist in the VA corporate registration office. How many people could they've defrauded to be too much for them to run and are hiding? I haven't seen a wicked people; the older man NICK even lied that he's a Muslim who does good to make people happy. That's when he's trying to lure me and get my money. I got him on video/audio promising to fix the car after which I will pay the car balance yet he sent someone to come pick up the car.If they're not scared why run and hiding; why not come get your $1,800 and give me the car having imposed untold hardship on me? It shall not be well with you and your family---children, grandchildren and great-great-grand children for defrauding me and making life miserable for me and my 6-year old daughter!

** THEY WILL PREY ON YOU ** STAY AWAY !!CAR STARTED BREAKING DOWN THE DAY IT GOT HOME.It's March, the car we purchased in September last year still hasn't passed inspection.Be very cautious dealing with these people. They will take advantage of you with a smile on their face, see Mostafa Alsir's review who unfortunately was also screwed in almost identical fashion.I came into this dealership with my mother who barely speaks english and my younger sister. We unfortunately came here with all the money we had saved because my mother really needed a vehicle to find work. The experience was pleasant during our visit, more so because my mother is very friendly.Sadly this made my mother and I (a young woman) an easy target.Seeing how the owner's wife also works at the dealership gave us this false hope that we would be taken care of.Instead we got taken advantage of and sadly we are not the first or last victims. They obviously denied the repairs needed and took every moment to remind my immigrant mother that she signed a 'as is' document.Since we are in need with no funds to resolve this we tried to escalate this with the state which resulted in the owner LYING to the state of Virginia in writing on how they looked at what needed to be repaired (they did not) and then said it was obvious damage done by myself. It's disgusting that these types of people are allowed to own such businesses to take advantage of others.PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

Sold me a truck w “sprayed undercoating” to protect the frame as a selling point. They were hiding a hole in the frame the size of my fist. Paid nearly 14k and unloading it for 3,500 two years later. Buyer beware of your “good deal”.

I called about a 2008 Silverado and asked if it would pass md inspection and if it had a goose neck hitch in the bed, I was told that yes it is in great condition and the guy had me hold on the phone while he checked if it had the hitch, he returned and said that it does have the hitch in the bed. I drove for four hours to Manassas Virginia to discover a truck that was in very poor condition and no gooseneck hitch and the bed.The undercarriage of the truck was extremely rusted out and painted over. The dust covers on the inside of the wheels were all rusted out.Wires were hanging from the rear bumper just cut with nothing attached to them.I took the truck for a test drive when I started it the exhaust was leaking very bad from the manifolds and the transmission slipped very badly and shifted very hard.I do not appreciate getting told false information to drive four hours to find out otherwise.

This place is 100% out of business!! I repeat Auto Palace is got of business not sure when they went out of business officially. My sister purchased a vehicle less than 60 days ago and now her tags are dead and the dealer vanished therefore she can not get her vehicle registered and she's paying her car note, but can not drive without tags. Buyers beware of buying from this comy

After things started falling apart and I called them they stop taking my phone call I have proof and emails where they promise to fix things and they lied and said they never said that. I'm getting a lawyer and going after them. These people are criminals stay far away from this place

I just bought my MazdaSpeed 3 about 2 weeks ago from these amazing people. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle ever, and I will say it was a very straight forward process and very pleasant buying experience.Angela helped me along the whole process and even went out of her way to help me get my own insurance. I had new credit and everything and i was able to walk away with a car that is in near perfect condition. If anyone ever needed a car, this is the place i would tell them to head over to. They get stuff done. All of the folks there are super friendly and lovely people. Hats off to you guys! PS-SHOUT OUT TO THE CAR ENTHUSIAST WITH THE 240 WHO WORKS THERE.. super chill, cool dude.

Awesome staff. I bought a 2008 Nissan armada. The owner made sure I was comfortable with everything. The financial manager called in and told me everything I needed to do WHILE SHE WAS ON VACATION. The owner has no hidden agenda. He kept everything 100 with you. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again. Thank yall so much.

I suggest bringing an expert on cars with you because these guys are snakes and will straight up lie to you to your face with a smile. Bought a car and when I pointed out things that needed to be fixed the guy insured me that he will fix everything I pointed out at no cost when I purchased the vehicle. My car broke down 3 days after purchase and when I had called them back they were telling me that they’re not “mechanics” and told me to go get it looked at. As far as everything they told me would be fixed after purchased they were not taking responsibility for anything. Would NOT recommend buy from them EVER. Worst customer service EVER.

I bought my Range Rover Evoque from this place. They are amazing and offering professional services. Everything went smooth and perfect on the purchase day. I always afraid to have a bad experience when I wanted to buy my first car as I heard a lot of stories about how some dealerships trick their customers, specially when someone doesn't know enough about cars. But I was lucky to buy my first car from this dealership as they really helped me choose wisely without any misleading information. I definiltely recomment this place to anyone who has the same feeling I had before going through this path. Without a doubt they served me in the most professional and ethical manner. Thank you so much for your services.
