David was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The process of buying a new car was simple, straightforward, and best of all, QUICK! We all hate sitting in a dealership for hours and hours. That was not the case at AutoGiants. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and almost like I was family. The entire staff was personable and friendly, including the finance manager who took the time to explain everything to me about my contract. We will be repeat customers here!

Tobi was the best!! He took care of me from start to finish and he kept me informed about the progress of the vehicle.
3/26/22 service - Herbert was good to me every step of the way throughout my repair. He kept me informed on every issue that my vehicle had and provided pictures showing what needs to be done. He was very good at providing the best information possible for my service. In addition, Toby provided valuable information for the safety of my vehicle and also help me make an informed decision about my repair. I will recommend anyone two Mitsubishi auto Giants for repair because of the service these two individuals provided. Thank you for your great service and keep up the good work! 8/23/24 - Never Any Doubt!! AutoGiants Mitsubishi Manassas service department has always taken care of me servicing my vehicles. I bought my vehicle and Albert made sure that everything was taken care of from top to bottom and quickly. He also made some recommendations to my vehicle that would be vital to future performance. Albert and Tobi took care of my vehicle and I knew it was in good hands. Thank you guys for another great service and I will catch you guys next time. I will recommend Mitsubishi to anyone looking for great service, great professionals, and great staff!!!

Excellent service! Unfortunately we didn't buy a car with them as we already had a specific car in mind but still they were so wonderful to work with we would like to go back if we decide to buy another car. Highly recommend working with Deondre. He was a pleasure to work with.

Since my car was totaled on 8/10/2024, I and my family decided to buy a new car but only with 0% financing for relatively better number of years. We searched various dealers for our need and we found Mitsubishi had relatively better deal for longer period of financing (0% for 48 months). Me and my wife are sure that we have excellent credit and were confident to find the 0%. I started calling and texting the nearest Mitsubishi dealership (Auto Giants Mitsubishi in Manassas) on 08/20/2024 (the person texting with me named Robert) and set up an appointment to visit them on Thursday 8/22/2024. On the first visit day we met Sarah (the Sales Manager) and she connected us with the Sales Consultant Anthony Mackmore and we got all the information we needed about the 2024 Outlander PHEV Platinum Edition S-AWC with total MSRP of $52,260 but we didn't decide to buy on that day as we have to discuss further at home. Moreover, that day we didn't have enough time to stay more in the dealership as we had to leave to pick up our children from their school. Concurrently we were also searching to see our option of buying a used vehicle for cash in case the new one is not doable for any reason (mainly because of the high price of the car not meeting our budget). The next day on Friday our sales consultant Anthony called and asked me if I am visiting him same day to get the car. I told him that the price is over our budget and we are thinking of buying a used car. He wanted to call me back after talking to his manager. Later Robert texted me to visit the dealership as the boss will make the deal, but I replied to his text that I don't want to waste my time and their time so texted him back with the detail of the deal that I wanted for the Out of The Door (OTD) to be $45,000. Sarah also texted me that he (the boss) gave me what I asked for (what else I want?). I trusted her words and took my wife and all our three kids to the dealership. The moment we arrived the dealership we made a test drive and they run our credit without our permission and saw our excellent score but later changed the deal from $45,000 to $51,290.17 OTD. This was a total disrespect wasting our time, credit score and morale. We don't have words to express how the whole family went through a trauma of mischief and dishonesty. Such kind of malpractice should be deterred not to be repeated on any other customer. My first thought and trial to get connected with Mitsubishi vehicle was spoiled with the abhorrent service from this dealership. I don’t think Mitsubishi will be among my choice in the future. Thank you for auto giants Mitsubishi’s ugly service. Go for other brands like Toyota.
