The staff at the Infusion Center is very efficient and everyone is very nice. I usually see Jerri. I leave knowing I’ve been well taken care and am clear on all future appointments. Bonus is that I feel like I’ve had a little visit with a friend and I’ve never had a long wait!

When you walk in the office, you are greeted with a smile and it just gets even better from there! The office staff are professional and kind. I have been seeing Doctor Bailey for a while and quite honestly he is AWESOME! He takes his time to listen to you. Gives you options…if you have any issues and are looking for answers please make an appointment with Dr. Bailey!

I used to love the staff and amazing care that was provided. The last couple of years has seen a steady decline in service. They no longer call, or email, appointment reminders. On several different occasions, including just recently, my messages have not been passed on to MA's causing me to run out of meds. I hope they can get back to their old standards, or I'm seriously thinking of switching doctors :(.

The front office staff always pleasant. The Infusion Center staff are very personable & attentive with private rooms available upon request. I highly recommend with no hesitation based on my visits over 5+ yrs.

Very welcoming infusion center!!! Cozy, friendly, professional, and inviting. Bottled water, juice and snacks if you need them! Comfortable seats, recline and sleep if you want. Feel like family!!! If you have a choice of places to go, you really don’t have one, don’t go anywhere else. I love this place, to the point when my machine beeps I almost don’t want to leave. Enjoy!

This is an amazing team! Very kind and professional. Before coming to this practice, I was in so much pain. The providers didn’t listen to me or prioritize improving my lifestyle. But so much has changed since coming here. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for this practice!

The nursing staff, DL, Donna and Dr Bailey are professional, courteous and very attentive to my needs . They are knowledgeable and helpful in minimizing my symptoms and pain of RA. I would highly recommend arthritis and orthopedics to any who is suffering with RA to anyone.

My daughter sees Dr. Vasa, as well as gets infusions at the infusion center. Everyone we’ve met there has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I really appreciate the great service I’ve always received.The customer service at the practice desk are great.Everything in this practice is awesome,I just lost the great service with doctor Moria Scapatotti as she moved to Germany but I got another great service with Dr, Bailey.Thank you so much. ?

This place is my lifeline and the staff are the most important part! They remember all my issues, they are kind and compassionate and I know I can always count on them to be there for me. Out of all of the doctors and facilities that I go to, I rate this one a 12 on a scale of 10! Thank you for caring!
