The staff provided exceptional assistance, addressing all inquiries with expertise. They were aware of my heightened apprehension regarding my baby boy Max undergoing anesthesia, given his age and heart condition. The most crucial outcome is that Max is now safely back home and recovering well. You provided exceptional care and my Max is back home with me.

I feel like I deserve to give them a HUGE THANK YOU! 10 months later & I still think about the worst time in my life when my beloved cat (fur baby) fell very ill with a life-threatening condition. I was at aw at what to do and was at my last resort, and that was when the lovely staff at Anicira answered my phone call as soon as they opened and told me to bring him in.
This was a huge blessing for my kitty. We brought him in immediately, sat down immediately, and talked to the very upfront, friendly, and knowledgeable vet. He explained to us his condition and the producer.
Once my kitty was out of surgery, we were able to come home the same day to continue his recovery at home.
I can not explain to you how empathetic the staff was as a worried pet parent called, them throughout the next two weeks concerned about his recovery. After a fews weeks we brought my kitty back to have his incision removed.
10- months later he is thriving! Playful, cuddly and back to being my baby boy!
Thank you Anicira staff and Dr. Ayre, for all the help in saving my kitty.
I highly recommend this amazing veterinary hospital!!!

A friend told me about Anicita Vet. I had to put down my best friend Maximilian. As soon as we walked in I had a good feeling. We were treated with care and compassion. I want to thank all the staff that helped us. Your wonderful people and I will tell all the people I know about your office.

This was the first time and only a few days ago that I used Anicira and it was recommended by my neighbor. My dog got his first dental here and he is 4 years old. He was found as a stray so a dental was very important since he came with a broken canine tooth. Before going, I called several times with questions and my calls were responded to quickly and my questions answered thoroughly and never rushed. Their prices and services were described in detail on their website and I liked this transparency. People and pets arrived early at 7 a.m. and they opened promptly at 7 a.m. Upon arrival my experience was excellent from start to finish. Overall, the team was very efficient during the intake and they separated the people and their pets according to the reasons they were there. The people getting dentals lined up in one section, spays and neuters somewhere else, etc. A tech quickly took my dog away and I was first in line. Another tech stood at a podium type stand with his laptop and quickly pulled up my account and went over everything they would do and asked if I had any questions or wanted add-on services. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. After the intake was done I left and went home. Around noon, I called to check on my dog and the person who answered the phone was very polite, put me on hold to check on my dog and got back to me very fast. She also said he would be ready at 2:30 for pick up, which was a few hours earlier than I expected. I also received a call from the veterinarian, Dr. Sands, and she went over the procedure and explained what she found and then answered all my questions. She was also very polite and thorough.
When I picked him up, I paid the invoice and waited for a few minutes while they brought out my dog. The tech who did the intake for my dog that morning was the same one who brought out my dog and went over the discharge instructions and gave me some pain medication and a bag with a doggie toothbrush and paste. Nice touch! He was very thorough and also helped me get my dog into the car since he was still kind of spacey. After I got home, my dog did great. He ate with no problem, he did his business outside, and I was even able to sneak his pain medication into his dog food without him knowing about it. All in all, it was a great experience and worth the wait to have Anicira do my dog's dental. Everything went very smoothly and I can't say enough good things about the entire staff from start to finish. I can't think of anything they could improve. They really have their processes and procedures down pat. They all have very professional and friendly demeanors, and I don't have any suggestions for improvement. My dog doesn't even know he had three teeth pulled. I'm now on Day 3 of him being home and he is totally back to normal. I highly recommend Anicira.

Really appreciate great staff communication in-person, email, and the phone. Very happy with all aspects and really appreciate this experience. Do hope that the medical records are sent to me though because Anicira is not our regular vet. :) customer service makes all the difference in the world, very organized check in and post op - awesome

Anicira was amazing with both surgeries that my dog had here at very reasonable costs. I cannot be more grateful for their expertise and recommendations to remove bumps that other vets were not concerned about (they turned out to be cancerous). I would like to think they gave me many more years with my fur child by giving me their professional opinion. They "know their stuff" and I would trust them any day with my pet's life. It helped that everyone I encountered working here was so kind and caring.
