It's a good company that truly cares for their employees and has the structure in place to treat them fairly and equally.

Unfortunate this is one of the main suppliers of cells in the US. Customer service is terrible, I’ve received several vials of cells that were dead on arrival and it is impossible to get a refund. Tech support is useless and often patronizing. I wish there was an alternative but sadly, they have cornered the market.
