I am the current teacher and program director at Alpha-Bet Cooperative Preschool, and I have never loved my career more than I have being here. Having grown up in Germany and seeing other schools has always pushed me to create something like I have had as a child growing up, plenty outdoor time, messy play and tending to a garden were my favorite memories of my kindergarten childhood. Implementing these activities has given me pleasure and confidence that I am doing the right thing for our next generation in America.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I highly recommend Alpha-Bet Cooperative Preschool for hands-on parents! I appreciate the play-based curriculum with nature elements. I really enjoyed aiding in the classroom regularly, watching the children thrive at school and assisting in all the seasonal events.
Miss. Jess and Miss. Porsha will treat your child like one of their own children, and treat you like a long-time friend. It’s a collaborative environment, in which teachers work with each child's strengths and weaknesses, then communicate ideas and solutions to the parent.
The teachers always start the day with a plan but understand the importance of pivoting when something isn't working for an individual or the class. Children are given a safe place to play and are encouraged to get messy. Sometimes a spontaneous dance party is exactly what the children need.
We are sad to go to kindergarten this fall because we will miss this MAGICAL place with our favorite teachers, best friends, and wonderful memories.

We adore the Alpha-Bet school! I was beyond hesitant to enroll my daughter in any type of preschool, I was definitely that parent who couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere before kindergarten. The cooperative program at Alpha-Bet is exactly what our family needed! A small family like approach to child care where the parents make the decisions makes you feel so safe. The teachers are god send and the most patient humans I’ve ever met. My little girl is loving her preschool and all the friendships she’s made! The children learn through play, and they are built up to have confidence in themselves and thrive to be the best they can. We are so happy to be part of the Alpha-Bet family!

My journey at Alpha-Bet Preschool began in 2019 when my husband and I were searching for the perfect place for our 4-year-old to learn and play. We were looking for somewhere cozy, where he could just be a kid. When we found Alpha-Bet, it felt like finding a second home. I got involved, not only volunteering in my son's class but also serving as a board member, soaking up as much wisdom and knowledge as possible from the amazing teachers and staff.
When it was time for our second child to join preschool, choosing Alpha-Bet again was an easy decision. Not only have my children thrived there, but I've also made some wonderful friends. Alpha-Bet is more than just a preschool; it's a community, proving the truth of the saying, "It takes a village to raise a child."

Alpha-Bet is an amazing preschool. As a parent, I probably made as many friends there as my boys did. They are a parent-run cooperative preschool, allowing families to be a part of their child's preschool experience. Whether you assist in the classroom or help out with tasks outside of the normal school day, you will feel the joy of being part of the Alpha-bet family. The teachers strive to provide a safe and caring environment that your child will be excited to visit.

Alpha-Bet has the greatest community environment. Everyone works together to make sure our kids get the best early education experience possible. They are always coming up with new ideas to change things up and keep the kids excited to come to school to play and learn.
