We replaced both upstairs and downstairs unit AC and heat last month. They are responsive and have fair pricing, and great service. We always get couple more estimate before we make big purchase. The other two were trying to sell more stuff to us. Tom was so great to work with . My husband asked maybe 900 questions and he replied back to all of them. They came with the owner Cyrus and spent 12 hours and finished the job. I emailed them the next week as my other property had issue with AC , Tom was there the next day and fixed it for us. Highly recommended ??

Aegis has phenomenal customer service and have serviced our family A/C on two different occasions with a sense of urgency. Two years ago, our A/C wasn't cooling our home and someone came out the same day to check our situation and helped us get back up and running. This time, they did the same thing. Came the same day I called and offered us reasonable options to get our house cooling again. Through Aegis we changed out our whole system and when we called them to adjust the air flow, Tom was responsive and eager to help us. I would recommend Aegis.

I live in Laurel Hill, 2004 construction. My original Lennox upstairs AC unit went out on July 4th 2019! Super oppressive heat that week too. Cyrus answered the phone and came out to check it the same day! New Trane heat and AC system replacement completed on July 6th. Super fast response and Fredi did an excellent installation.Just my luck the original downstairs Lennox AC unit goes bad on October 1st. Not as oppressive of heat, so Aegis worked with my funding schedule and installed new Trane heat and AC lower unit on October 29th. Freddie did another bang up installation!Glad I had a service contract with Aegis, and am really happy with this small company's service and support. I am good for the next 20 years!

We recently had our upstairs heat pump/air handler fail at the beginning of a very hot July weekend. Aegis was very responsive and Fredi arrived on Monday to check on our unit. He checked all possible reasons for the malfunction, tried a few solutions without success and determined it was a major unit failure which required equipment replacement. Cyrus and other Aegis team members (Tom) gave us various replacement options including the best rated equipment. We made our selection, and they scheduled the installation as soon as the equipment arrived. Cyrus and Fredi worked in the hot attic and outside in the heat to install the new system. They were very diligent in keeping the carpeting and flooring covered and protected, were careful of our walls when removing the old equipment and when bringing in the new equipment. They kept our home and the outside areas clean of any debris. Fredi kept us informed of the installation progress, what to expect and next steps. Fredi was always very pleasant despite working in very hot conditions. Using their vast experience, both of them worked on the units until all systems were operating properly. We've used Aegis for over 25 years at our current home and our previous home and would highly recommend the Aegis team.

Aegis converted our Oil Gas Furnace to Natural Gas back in 2015, and we also upgraded our A/C and coil this summer.
We signed up for the annual inspection, service agreement which keeps our equipment covered under warranty, and have had an overall great experience with them.
