NO DOUBLE GULP CUPS.... NOT A TRUE 7-ELEVEN WITHOUT THEM...DONT LIKE THE SMALLER CUPS. JUST END UP BUYING SOME HUGE 7-ELEVEN THING AND REFILLING IT AND IT COST LESS MONEY. WOULD JUST BE EASIER THOUGH DOUBLE GULP CUPS AND NOT HAVE TO WASH MY CUP OUT TO BRING INTO 7-ELEVEN EVERYDAY.

Terrible experience. Manager is very rude and disrespectful. Unnecessarily confrontational.------Saturday night I asked if they happen to have jalapeño and cheese taquitos in the freezer they could make. Apparently they are hard to come by and almost all 7/11s never have.To my surprise, they say yes, but say I have to buy all four. I'm fine with this, I usually purchase three. I get to my car, take a bite.. they are not jalapeño and cheese. I take them back in to return and ask for a refund.The young man apologized and said he misunderstood me. He says he thought I said steak and cheese. This is fine and understandable. It wouldn't be an issue at all, except I do not eat steak or any of the other meat products the available taquitos had in them.He explains that he can't refund and can only offer a different taquito. He informs me to come back Monday morning so the manager can refund. All good, polite and cordial so far.----Monday, manager leaves at early. I missed them and was told to come back prior to 1pm.----Today, I explain and ask. They are yelling at me. Making accusations. Saying I can't refund. Calling me a liar, etc, etc.. very confusing!I say, if you won't refund, I'll just dispute with the credit card company.One gentleman tells me to leave and never come back! I respond, "I don't plan to!"----I just can't believe they handled the situation as they did and escalated it to such a level.Luckily, this one is out of my way and there is one closer to my house, I had only swung by to see if they had jalapeño and cheese. I have no reason and no desire to ever return.

They refused to sell me a product that had a sign stating one price..at the register it rang up different. Even though it had a posted sign they refused to let me get the item for that price. So I walked out.

Werent able to tell a slurpee from a coffee, overcharged me for it puting it as a coffee and not a slurpee then when told its a slurpee not a coffee she proceeded to tell us it we were wrong. Then she told us we were not allowed to use a coupon because it wouldnt go through the system because she put it as a coffee and refused to listen to us when we told her otherwise. We were overcharged, treated with horrible service, and the workers dont even know what theor doing
