The 7-Eleven store at 10601 Lomond Dr. in Manassas has the absolute best customer service. They are consistently friendly well stocked and just all around nice people. It is a pleasure to go there and get my coffee every morning and I look forward to a warm, friendly greeting and happy smiling faceas… With delicious hot coffee. Thank you to the whole crew there everybody is always wonderful

This location is a wonderful addition to the community, very clean outside and inside. I have visited this location over three dozen times, its the best 7-eleven in the region bar none. Great team too, everyone there is professional, charismatic, and very cheerful! After three dozen visits, I can say truthfully that no matter how long the line, it never alters the quality of customer service. It's the only location I’ve been to where the staff makes product recommendations for food, drinks, and it's very refreshing because no other 7-eleven I've been to operates this way. Reanna helped me out today and was kind, professional, and very friendly. I also love the food they have in house! So fresh! None of the hot food is just something, it always looks and tastes nothing less than mouth watering

I just called trying to find a loaf of bread and Reanna ( hope I spelled it right) was Sooo Sweet. Just wanted ppl to know that I could tell she loves her job !

Cashier tried to charge me the wrong price for a drink 🙄. Train your employees better.*edit* 1 out of my 6 visits have been positive. This place may be all shiny and new but the employees are awful and the machines generally are broken more than a McDonald's ice-cream machine. Just go to wawa up the street.

Love this 7eleven. Mostly all the people who work here are so friendly! They greet you and say good morning or hello as soon as you walk in. They have a little restaurant inside. Also a eating area outside. The only thing that I do not like is homeless people who you can tell do drugs are sleeping at the earring area. Shoes and socks off and all. I Find this so disgusting. I get it, your just sleeping your not causing any harm but This is a place where you eat your food. Put your damn shoes on at least.
