Not good people that work here. Phone died minutes after I was dropped off and I was told to pay $38 for a charger and go outside behind there building to charge it in the freezing cold ? thanks

Rewards program doesn't work for me here but works fine at every other 711 just fine.
Edit: there's nothing to look into. The system rejected my rewards number. Just say you don't care about customers complaining or nothing at all lol
