It's been some time since, but glad to be back. Got some gasoline for the car and snacks. This is a busy location. That being said it's a well run shop. The employees are always polite. Also they are efficient and keep the store clean. That alone is nice after a road trip. The coffee helped on a recent visit. Their brew for the price works. My apologies for not knowing how the rewards work, but I have been told every so often a free cup of coffee. These days any discount is appreciated. There's plenty of parking. This one is a good convenience store.

I had an Amazon package delivered to the lockers here. I went to pick it up in the middle of the day but there was a few homeless men out there pacing back and forth in front of the lockers. As a single women I was too nervous to pick up my package with these grown men walking back and forth in front of the lockers yelling. The lockers are on the side of the store where you aren't visible to anyone else. This is unacceptable and sketchy. I will be contacting amazon.

This review is for a review that was paid from the clerk to be removed by Yelp. This gas station is crusty and dirty. The parking lot has flyers, trash, paper floating on the wind; gas and oil stains as large as lakes and the trash bin is overflowing because the clerks are too lazy walk 12 feet and do their job. On top of that customers are waved off. There's criminality here, surely. What results is that as a customer you walk up and smell the stench of 2 overflowed trash bins flanking the entrance that reek seriously disgusting. When we came here quick for gas, the clerks in the photo would not simply take cash for some gas and then let me pump with credit afterward! Are they dumb or what?? What gas station does not accept dollars for regular gas? The clerks that work here are the worst, lazy, dissatisfied and cumbersome gas station shufflers in Manassas. There is a reason we usually get gas at Wawa! There should be absolutely no reason why the clerk does not take money from a customer for gas: NONE. Not to mention that the clerks have reviews yanked from Yelp even though it is they who are obviously not doing their job! The people in front of us paid with cash, they just did not let us pay with bills - there is no reason for that. Isles are sold out. Dirty floors, car lot is filthy. I stopped by this store to pick up something to drink and a snack on a break from Ubering and the whole time I was there I was watched like a thief because I was black. I didn’t purchase anything because I felt very uncomfortable at the stares from the employees. All Black people don’t steal and all people don’t steal! I went to the next store and spent more than I would have there because there customer services was better and I gave them a 5 star rating.

The ATM stole $20 and the stupid fat lady cashier accused me of lying and said it wasn't there responsibility. I told them they needed to put a sign that it wasn't working. She said it was working fine. If it was working "fine" it wouldn't have stolen $20 from me you stupid idiot! I hope this 7/11 goes out of business. They are rude to the customers and have no business being in business!!!!

Don't come here if you're in the mood for a Big gulp/slurpee. They don't ever change out the drinks and so they end up being watered down/tase like nothing. Other than that its a decent place.

Its December 18 (9:53pm) cashier in the non 7 eleven gear, (whole hoodie on like he doesnt work there) is lame. No customer service training, did not let any of us know if his line was open, acted like he had an additude when bagging and ringing you up.

How gross! I should have checked, but 711 is just a quick pick me up and go! I wasn't expecting to have expired cheese on the shelf. Also I took a chunk and then it kinda taste funny so I flip it over to see the expired date of Aug 29th it's DECEMBER 29th!!!!! Wtf!

Lisa is rude. Everyone else is nice. The drink machines are disgusting. I went to get a fountain drink and a bunch of black specks came into my cup with it. Obviously from them not cleaning the machines. I tried multiple drinks from the same machine. All had black specks. Another time I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the drink machine. Didn't go there for months and when I came back voila there were the black specks.

While traveling I stopped at this 7-11 to get snacks. I bought a quart of whole milk along with some other snacks. I never got around to opening the milk until I got back home and noticed the expiration date said Jun 17. Yesterday was the 25th of June. Now I may should have paid more attention, however, that does not absolve the store of ensuring that out dated products are removed from the shelves. Especially products like milk.

Worst 7 - Eleven because of the cashier Lisa. She's nasty and she's rude to the customers. Witnessed her call the police on an older couple (elderly) because they paid for their gas but they didn't actually get gas, the pump wasn't working . The car was still on E (and no their gauge is not broken). They went in with their grandson to ask for their money back (rightfully so), Lisa (the cashier) refused them a refund, so they asked for a receipt. Lisa wouldn't provide that either. Lisa then said she was calling the police because the dad was being "aggressive". (The dad has stage 3 Cancer and barely leaves the house most days.) Mind you they don't speak English very well, they called their daughter to help, and she came up to the store. She calmly asked Lisa for the receipt and again Lisa refused to give them one and was yelling at the daughter and the parents STILL! The daughter said to her, there was no need for her to speak to her or her parents like that and being disrespectful to the extent she was could cost her, her job. I'm sorry, but that doesn't mean Lisa can RUN from behind the counter and get in the daughters face yelling and screaming and trying to PHYSICALLY FIGHT the daughter the way she was! ALL IN FRONT OF AN INNOCENT 5 YEAR OLD CHILD. The police showed up and gave the daughter a number and recommended that she call to get the situation sorted out. Even after all of that Lisa LITERALLY threw $45 in the daughters face in front of the police officers who did nothing about it. I have a short video clip of your employee acting like a wild untamed animal with no home training. Sadly Yelp won't allow me to post a video and only a picture. Lisa yelled obscenities at the parents, as well as the daughter, and all the customers that were defending that poor family that were being racially profiled for not speaking good enough English. Lisa made a statement , "I'm not losing my job for a pieces of sh*t like you!" All while actively continuing to act like a circus animal. (But the child was there as well? Your employee really called a child's grandparents and MOTHER a piece of sh*t in front of a 5 year old?!) AFTER SHE RAN AROUND THE COUNTER TRYING TO FIGHT THE DAUGHTER FOR ASKING FOR A RECEIPT FOR HER PARENTS! I've never seen an employee be so blatantly disrespectful/unprofessional/racist (don't forget in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood) to a customer and at that a customer in his mid 70s whose grandson and wife are with him... What a tragic situation and what an ignorant tragic employee. She deserves to lose her job and so much more than that. What an ugly personality full of hate and an incurable dislike for people not like her (whatever that means). How dare they ask for what's their's, PERIOD. DO BETTER 7 - Eleven, I'm sure this isn't the first complaint about your beloved Ms. Lisa.. YUCK Here's the kicker, Lisa put their money on the wrong pump and decided to rip the time off of all the receipts because she knew she was wrong. Tisk Tisk Lisa..
