Terrible customer service we experienced today at 7pm. The people who work their are so rude. We shop there and paid our stuff, unfortunately we forget our bags there, and we want back after 30 minutes, asking for our bags but the workers there were so rude and they were like we don't see any bags, you already took it, it's not our responsibility. We were very upset. Horrible customer service! His name was Matrika.

Worst, stinky like urine and most disgusting 7/11 I’ve ever been, noticed roaches in there, expired food on shelves. Can’t believe they manage food in this environment.
Not talk about the store owner/manager being fully racist toward Hispanic, ironically the store is settled in a Hispanic community smh!

I use to go to 7 Eleven, I bought a coffee here and then I went to the bathrooms and that was one of the most dirty and nasty bathrooms including the sink with a broken faucet handle, so I didn’t drink my coffee thinking about how they handle the cleanliness!!!

On 7-11-2021 day, it was to our understanding that a small cup from 7-11was free on that day. The man was hiding the cups and when we did not want to pay for the other sizes, the man was also very rude. He yelled at us and called us "broke".

Still my favorite 711 location after all these years... Mr. and Mrs. Khan are lovely people and care very much about keeping their store presentable and accessible to their customers. In a world that seems fixated on most only caring about themselves, going to their location is refreshing. Great service and experience as always!

I went to the store at 1:30am and the door was locked and on the website it saids its open 24/7 so there should be no reason he shouldn't let us buy stuff we left and saw a dude walk up to the door after we told him it was locked he still went ahead and the dude let him in so we circled the store then came back trying again and he still said that they were closed after he let someone in there and then when we went back he said he was gonna call the cops the service here is the worst I do not recommend this store

We love this location, the Kahn family are friendly ,caring ,and respectful family . Their location is always on point and they are a model location . Northern Virginia has a 7/11 on every corner and sometimes two of em so we go in a lot of em thru out our travels and 90% of em could really learn something from how they conduct business. Thank you Kahn family for your 24/7 service at 7-11 on digs rd in Manassas Virginia.

I would give it 5 but the owner is super prejudice, my sister and I walked into the establishment and he watched us on the camera the whole time and we have been there a million times. And just today he did the same thing when I was alone so I decided to go to the 711 down the street. The workers are awesome though?
