We have been to Walt's Auto twice, first to get our horn fixed then again with an AC problem. Drew was amazing both times, he got us in right away and fixed our problems with experience and accuracy. He is also very fair. I would highly recommend Drew and Walt's Auto.

I came here and asked these guys to weld my exhaust pipe, the just put a clamp on it and charged me $200 for it. These people are dishonest.

I went to have my engine replaced. Drew took care of it. I got it back and it wasn't running right, so I pop the hood on the side of 66. I find 3 clamps off. Not just slipped off never tighten at all. This is after being charged double the quoted price 3600. Then extras for putting my old turbo which had no issues and didn't need to be removed. Guys says he's a vet. No soldier would ever treat one another like this. SMH. Save your money go elsewhere.

I brought my RV for warranty repair as they were recommended by Good Sam. They were up front, easy to work with and the work completed on time. I will definite them again.

Fantastic and honest service along with a very fair price. I needed brakes on a budget so I called around. I was looking for brake pads only to be installed. One place said they only do brakes pads along with replacing rotors and wanted just over $1000 for the job. The car isn't worth that much so I thanked them and passed. Another place wanted $450 just to do the pads - they also said it wasn't company policy to do the pads without cutting the rotors. I didn't want the rotors resurfaced because while providing a smoother experience it shortens the life of the rotors. Most places wanted to do the rotors. Some made me feel like a used car experience of being passed from person to person. I did get a good gut feeling from most tho. While Walt's wasn't the lowest priced, under $300, I got a really good feeling right off the bat. First off Walt answered the phone. Gotta love it when the boss is actually running things. His quote was done so quickly (I asked and BAM - he answered) that I knew he'd done many of these. Plus he didn't try to upsell me anything which told me that he was busy enough that he'd like but didn't need my business. I took the car there and Todd took care of me and after explained that I should be ok with the rotors but to be more careful as the brakes had been low enough to be problematic if I'd gone further. He even helped me lower the backseat of my car at no charge. While I live in DC these guys earned my trust and future business in this one visit.
