I came in with about 37 PCs of mail and lady Debra refused to help me and said I should go to a bigger post office because it's a lot of mailings and that's what they do. She's the only one there and I'm the only customer. She suggested to give stamps . What a poor service! Poor Management !

Too slow.. he was ordering his cards and saying wait and wait.. while there were 3 of us in line waiting.. I arrived at 4:05pm and it's 4:37pm.. no wonder there are no people here.. very bad, terrible service. .

I always come here with my baby whenever I ship out. It's nearby my place and the staff here are very nice and handles all packages I deal with.

This post office is terrible the African American lady with glasses always acts like she never wants to do anything staff acts lazy . Litterally go here because it’s down the street but always find myself going to others because it’s always a waste of time . Staff is trash service is trash

Why The Front office reps close for lunch before 2:00 I got there at 1:48 and they were closed already. There was a sign that said 'Due to the line inside they had to close the door? Which line? At 1:48 when I got there there was no line inside. The old lady there ALWAYS hides and does not like to scan packages. IF HUMAN REPS ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THEIR WORK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE INSTALL AT LEAST ONE AUTOMATED KIOSK IN THE PO BOXES AREA. SAME WAY AS SUDLEY RD.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First time in this location. Short line. Only one person helping at the counter. Even that didn't stop Rafi from being helpful, courteous, friendly and fast.

Not friendly but lazy ! These “hard working” people(the office workers) are the best at having an attitude and not helping like if you don’t like working there don’t easy as that why put that energy towards the customers thanks for showing me that! I appreciate that!

I have been a customer for 7 years and this Indian guy that works there needs to be taught proper training for greeting the customers and his laziness behavior of having to scan packages. He had 5 boxes ready to go with the prepaid labels on them which He told me I can’t get receipt for the tracking as the boxes are to many to scan! I have never heard of such thing and was surprised that as a customer came in he attempted to offer her help saying “I have to wait” but even the lady was surprised and said “she had no problem to wait”. So he ended up scanning the last2 boxes as he should have in the beginning. So My question is why such unprofessional work ethics?? I have seen his unprofessional behavior to lot of past customers , even to elderly people and surprised he’s still hasn’t been properly trained or why he’s still working there?

Very bad service now it is 5.02 pm.
I was there at 4:55 and the man who was serving told me that it was already closed and I was inside, there were still 5 minutes left to close... the door is supposed to close exactly at 5 and if a person is inside they have to attend to them, not take them out. .

Absolutely unprofessional. My package is being held at the post office "at customer request" despite never submitting such a request. Called the post office to ask them to deliver it, but the lady on the phone told me I was calling the wrong office and hung up on me while I was trying to copy down a number for the supposed correct one. Very rude for the brief moment she was actually on the phone, no respect at all.

Recently moved to Virginia, but our first impression of customer service in here didn’t go well. The lady working there was impolite and rude towards all customers. Will not visit this branch ever again.
