“This store never fails me. We have bought many items, from cabinets, light fixtures, to brand new front door & dishwasher. We have even donated things as we do our projects. If you gave not been here, you are missing out. When I was there yesterday, they had some beautiful couches, too bad I have no where to go with them. And don't get me started on the homewear section, plates, platters, cookwear, even china. Just Go...now.”

“I love this little thrift shop in the heart of Old Town Manassas. That being said, I don't understand the store hours. They change it seems, often and they are not open enough hours on the days they are there. I'm afraid they can't last in this recession without being open 10-5 six days a week. I just googled their current hours They are ONLY open 11am-3pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Wednesday 11-2. Who can shop those times? This is really distressing. Maybe open the hours more and instead of volunteering, you'd be able to pay minimum wage? Or advertise that you are looking for volunteers. There has got to be a way”

“I’ve shopped at the Manassas Salvation Army for over five years and found incredible deals on everything from clothing to furniture. If you are thinking about upgrading a piece of furniture, look no further. The selection and quality are superb. There is also a lot of Amazon overstock items that have excellent pricing and selection.
I’ll also add that the manager, Gigi, is very nice and friendly, as are all the employees. This store and management easily deserve a five star rating.”

“From a buying only perspective it was great! Clean, fair prices, good variety. Only complaint was there were definitely a noticeable # of incorrectly tagged items, so just make sure to double check the size and gender before impulse buying!”

“When I was doing a major cleanup in my study room, I realized that I had a lot of stationery that I had bought and never used.I had tons of paper notebooks that had been sitting in boxes for years, dozens of new pencils, ink cartridges, film, stickers, etc.It's nice to know that there's a place nearby where I can share these unused, hoarded items with someone who needs them.”
