Just moved to the area and found my new dry cleaners! They are fantastic! We had a sudden funeral to attend and they did a quick job tailoring my husband's vest and dry cleaning all our clothes within a couple days! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do a top notch job. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible service, expect to be told it's your fault if you notice spots on your clothes during pickup.

If anyone plans on using this cleaners I would strongly advise against it but if you must count your close take a look at my receipt they said they only took 27 shirts from me and then accidentally gave me another one stating 29 shirts. These people are not an honest business and will argue with you the customer and then admit no fault when you prove them wrong. How many pieces of clothes have I lost over the years thanks to your incompetence or lies. I've told me wife for a while now that something does not seem right that the number of shirts I had seems to have diminished significantly and I was right. Please view my receipts as proof that these people are incompetent or thieves. Why would the same receipt with the same ticket number show a 2 delta. If you must use them be careful. Take a picture of each item before sending it off. My advise do not use these business, Manassas is growing and we have more choices please use someone else and spare yourself the loss of your clothes. Also I would like to add the told me they gave me back everything which is untrue unfortunately my wife did not inspect what she gave and received as I requested but we kept the receipt, she was annoyed at how nice they are when trying to make a new customer and how angry an accusatory they got when you questioned them about the delta of two missing shirts. If you have taken the time to read this review you care about who takes care of your clothes and earns your business. Please avoid this business at all cost.

Hello all I live in manassas and was trying to find a cleaner that does a good job on starching shirts. I found cleaners located next to the hookah zone cafe. I gave them 29 shirts on weds the told me I could pick up all 29 on Friday. I came in on Friday to pick up my shirts. They handed me the shirts and had me pay for the ticket. When I got home I did not count my shirts until Monday morning in and noticed that there were 28. I decided to swing by the store to pick up my 29th shirt. They told me that the shirt was on hold because of a stain. They denied the stain and said that I gave it to them this way. If that were the case why did you not original charge me for this service. They then started to speak mandarin among each other when all members of the store speak English. They then said sorry goodbye not our fault. Please do not take your clothes here, I love to support my local non franchised business but this was very bad customer service and deceitful. One the kept my shirt without telling me two they lied and refused to compensate me through cleaning cost or repurchase of a new shirt and three they used mandarin to discuss me. BAD SERVICE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HAIR

It was a terrible experience to be rudely spoken to by one of the women employees. Couldn't do an American Flag for free.
