I had my $350 sun glasses stolen. I know I had left it in my glove compartment before dropping my vehicle off at the shop. I spoke with the employees the same day before leaving the shop. & didn’t really get much help. Just want to advise to be careful with your personal belongings if you choose to leave your vehicle with mastercraft auto body shop

This is the one of the scam car body shop. Who will eat up the money from the insurance and from customer regardless whatever estimate they gave.Here is what happen with us. My husband got the estimate from them and then they got assignment from my insurance. And they want my insurance check and also they wants me to add money out of the our pocket for the estimate that they gave us to my husband. So they wants my insurance check + estimate that they gave us.Never recommended, this to anyone at all.

From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate to dropping it off for repair to picking it up, the service I received was exemplary. Everyone was professional, very nice and accommodating. Mastercraft Auto Body worked with my insurance company and the rental car company directly which made the whole experience so much easier for me. I would highly recommend them!

People are great to work with, service wise, not the best experience. Fixed things not asked to fix and when picking up the vehicle the things fixed didn't work. Hopefully can get this resolved so I can leave a good review

Mastercraft Auto Body went over the top with service. The repairs done were exactly as expected. That alone does not deserve this high rating. The employees were polite, professional, and very helpful. They recommended and assisted dealing with insurance companies, saving me money at their own expense (time, money, and headaches). They kept me informed of the status and made me feel comfortable while dealing with very confusing insurance company policies.

Huge shout out to the employees at Mastercraft Auto Body of Manassas. I had minor damage to my rear bumper and quarter panel. They fixed the issue within 5 days and my truck looks brand new again. Thanks so much for your professional handling of my claim.
