Great place, been coming here for years to use the gym for my workouts and what not. The only issue that is extremely nerve wrecking, is the cost. The membership is $35 a month and they boast that you have access the pool and the gymnasium but the pool and the gymnasium are booked everyday by kids sports, etc. which is cool, but it is always at the times when you would normally want to go get a workout in or play ball after work. They explained that the courts and pool is booked each day for 4 - 8 which is the time when most people would be out of work and have a chance to go. Does not seem beneficial to get a membership if you cannot use the facilities whenever it is convenient for you. Sucks because I really enjoyed coming here and the secludedness of the workout room allows me to really focus on my gym therapy. Does not seem like its really made for single people without kids.
If you do not have a membership, you have to pay $5 a day to use the facility which if you go to the gym 5 days a week for 4 weeks, adds up to $100 a month… not great.

The Community Center is our polling location.
Unless you know what door to enter, you would go into the main entrance.
Public signage on the voting entrance door only.
No party signage or party affiliated folks in front of the building.
There were sample ballots available at the registration desk to view prior to voting.
No "write in" space on the ballot but there will be one in June.
Plenty of space to gather inside if there was incliminate weather.

1 Star Review. Pickle ball is a fun sport. So much so that I wanted to include my family in the sport over our Thanksgiving break. I had called Manassas Park Community Center since we were visiting the area and had asked if it would be a problem bringing 7-10 people with me who didn’t know the game- Dawn said no problem! They even have the wooden paddles, balls, nets. I thought wow- what a jackpot. We went and what a disaster. The person in charge is BONNIE- and she is very passive aggressive.BONNIE even tried to sabotage us using the facility paddles, almost getting in the middle physically so that they would not give us paddies. We had to go to the front desk for their assistance with this- as Bonnie didn’t want us to use them. Even though they had around 30 paddles.BONNIE did not welcome us and got hung up on us setting up a net for three people instead of four. No one needed the court or our space- BONNIE was just being a nasty old lady.BONNIE was very cruel to my family and had such bad energy. Even the regular people that go and play pickle ball said how “Everyone has their own Bonnie story”. Bonnie should be ashamed of herself- this is a game that people come to have fun- not to be tortured every step of the way. We were new to this gym and very excited to come to- we didn’t know all the ins and outs- but after meeting this horrible leader - we def won’t be back. We asked for our money back and Dawn wouldn’t refund us.

Mama said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. But I must say the folks that live around there are pretty awful ?

I asked if they allowed service dogs before I brought my dog in the building. They said he’s allowed but made it clear he wasn’t allowed in the pool. After about 10 minutes, I’m asked to leave the building with my service dog. Mind you, he was sitting next to me, causing no issues, just doing his job. I felt completely disrespected and embarrassed. And it’s a shame management doesn’t know laws on service animals.

Been here for kids indoor classes, clean and familiar place. They have a lot of free and low cost events through the year in their facilities.

Very well organized place. Staff was friendly and professional. Center was clean and they are community friendly.Edit: I don’t recommend the swimming lessons for younger kids. The classes are very rushed, kids are not being taught just pulled and pushed around to do something than on to the next child. They are left unattended because the kids have to wait their turn. They don’t even go the full 40 minutes of time they specify for the lesson. I was really excited for my child’s swim lessons. But now all I worry about is if he aspirated water or not.
