“We just got our kitchen finished a few weeks ago.After dealing with a nightmare of a contractor for our master bathroom, we were worried we would have a similar experience for the kitchen. Fortunately, my worries were unwarranted in this case.Here’s my feedback on each phase of the project:Design and Quote: Part of the reason why we chose USA Cabinet store is that Miyuki was very upfront. Most of the other places that we worked with for our initial quote slapped together everything we asked for without consideration of the ergonomics and overall look. Miyuki actively gave us feedback on what would work, what wouldn’t work, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. The quote was competitive with the other quotes that we received.Demo and Build: Richard and his team were incredibly detail oriented, and proactively communicative for any potential issues or concerns that could alter how they approached the project (my house was built in a very strange way). I very rarely had to bring up any concerns because I was able to trust their work. They were also respectful of our home and property.”

I replaced kitchen countertops from marble to quartz . The price was reasonable, the team responsive, and the work efficient. “We hired M3 to renovate our master bathroom. Al and crew completed what is now one of the coziest rooms in our home. They built out the exact design we had in mind. Had to stay connected day over day with construction but they were always accommodating of changes in details - tile orientation, baseboards, tub placement, outlets placement, etc. We had an issue with the heated floors but Al kept on it and we got it solved with the Ditra person's help. Thanks guys.”

“Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!”

“NVS has completed THREE major renovations on our house. I simply would not hire any other company. I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true. The company comes to work every day; we've never had an increase in the contract once it was agreed upon and signed. The company provides excellent designing help (and I needed it!) Our 2nd renovation cost over $200,000; after it was done, I told NVS they could send any potential customers to see our house. We had many visitors. One of my neighbors did the exact same renovation. The staff is reliable, patient with questions, and professional. The 3rd project was a total renovation of our bathrooms, plus a lot of other areas in the house, including outside work. “I walked into Cabinet Discounters with a sketch of a room and rough dimensions - without much of an idea of what I wanted, other than a kitchen remodel. Waleska was amazing. I picked out the cabinets, and then with her professional help, design expertise, knowledge and hand holding, ended up with a kitchen that is beyond my expectations. I love it! Every day. “I see that some of the reviews are lackluster, but I'm offering a good review. Things didn't start out well because our refrigerator had a dent upon delivery. Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.”
