“I’m thinking this is either Gainesville or Fairfax (where I was born back in May 1978, thankful I don’t live there anymore more, prefer the quiet countryside more) these 2 wow, not sure how folks deal with traffic & noise!! Not the most cleanest Hobby Lobby’s but enjoyable to see for a change, there’s an Aldi beside Fairfax location, that was a plus!! Bathroom in Fairfax location in the front of the store first for me & all HL’s I’ve visited.”

“This is the best store to buy home decor, frames, crafts, sewing supplies, hobby items and more. I literally spend no less than one hour every time I visit the store. They always have the best collection of holiday items and gifts and the prices are unbelievable.
Christmas is always my favorite time to visit because of the holiday decorations they have available. You won’t find things like this anywhere else ?”
“If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”

I went in with an option of what I thought I wanted but he helped me check out other options that met my needs and it there was no pressure to upgrade or anything. We left happy minus the length of time for delivery but that's not the stores fault”

The few staff members there are busy stocking the showroom and operating the checkout kiosk. Usually, we've one or two working.”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

We had an amazing experience; his customer service was top-notch, and after three days with the product, there's no doubt it was the best choice. I recommend this store; you will not be disappointed. If you have back issues like me, you will understand. I am not sure what took me so long. “I recently went to Pottery Barn in Fairfax and just have to comment on our great customer service experience. My husband and and I were looking for some matching pieces to a duvet set we had ordered online. Unfortunately the set was no longer featured in the store but both Dana P and Victor Yeager were so helpful in finding what we wanted online and ordering it for us to be sent to our home. We discussed what fabric we needed (we have kids and animals) and Dana even gave us some decorating ideas we hadn’t thought of. They were so helpful that I asked about a really beautiful toile set I had seen online. Unfortunately it was almost completely sold out everywhere but Victor took on the challenge of finding the item I wanted at a store in Washington State. It had been a returned item and he called the store, ensured that it was actually there and then had it shipped to my door. It was the very last one to be found in the entire country. We had a great time finding the things that we needed and several other items with their help. We will definitely be back and look forward to working with Dana and Victor again.”
“I worked here for less than a year. Though I cannot speak personally for the behaviors of the workers as i no longer work there, I do request anyone reading- clean after yourselves. Shoes, clothing, dresses, anything. Be responsible of yourself and your family, and to anyone saying "it's your job to clean up after us, why should I do your job?", I say this- Bro. If I were to walk into your house for a party and tripped on your Jordan's or your fancy plates and said "sorry, I'm just a guest :3", what would you do?
I have seen clothes scattered all over the floors and fitting rooms. Whatever you bring in the fitting rooms, you must bring out on their hangers. If you're browsing for clothes, please put them back on the racks on their hangers. Don't leave them on the floor or on top of the clothing racks. Please keep an eye on your children in the toys section. Don't leave clothes in the fitting room- if they don't fit, bring them back outside and give it to the Attendant or return it to where it came from.
Make it easier for yourself to browse around the store and your fellow workers to work. Thanks.”
“This store is so big and carried everything I needed. The two salespeople were exceptionally kind and helpful, I didn't catch the name of the one who cut my fabric. But I needed help with coordinating fabric and she had a great eye for color. The selection she helped me make was perfect. Lisa was running the cash register and was likewise very helpful and patient when we ran into a few snags.”
